Let me start by saying Cold well may actually be an accurate reflection of the personalities that work in this office. We were there as sellers, they were the buyers brokers. We were scheduled to settle at 2:00, and sat there for two hours until the paperwork finally came through from the lender. During that waiting period, the buyers agent, Lisa, was rude and belittling to us. She complained about missing a drip leg and a downspout on the long list of items they had us repair. Never mind the fact that I built an entire deck railing for them in a day and a half, nor attended to every other little detail they wanted done. Thank goodness for our agent from Berkshire Hathaway, as she called a handyman and paid out of pocket within minutes to take care of these two little details. Lisa couldn t problem-solve and for those two hours was hung up by these two minor repairs not being done. Another couple who was there before us ended up having to leave and reschedule as their paperwork wasn t ready either. But hey, huge shout out to Sierra Madre next door, as I was able to go throw down some margaritas after leaving in disgust when my signatures were done. Sierra Madre was the highlight of our experience with these people. I wouldn t use them to sell a porta pottie.
Biggest and Best Real Estate Company in area, and this is got to be one of their largest offices. This is not my usual office with CB, but I do a lot of business with all the great agents there.
