Waren vandaag op de kampeerbeurs en we wilden een kopje koffie bestellen met een broodje Er stonden denk ik 6 medewerkers achter de balie en niet 1 ervan was op de hoogte hoe je een broodje moet maken of een bak koffie inschenkt de medewerker was al na n seconde vergeten wie wat had besteld en vroeg meerdere malen hoeveel broodjes we hadden besteld????? Zo ook later bij een andere locatie een kassamedewerker die niet kon tellen!!Hij wist totaal niet hoeveel geld ie moest teruggeven!! Hoe kan dit??? Worden deze mensen geselecteerd op hun domheid? In de horeca moet je vliegensvlug kunnen schakelen!! Wat doen zij daar..Is dat onze toekomst qua arbeidskrachten? Als het zo is dat niemand anders met een vakdiploma dit werk nog wil doen omdat ze slecht betaald worden dan zit er maar 1 ding op: fatsoenlijke arbeidsvoorwaarden en hele goede lonen dan moet je maar eens kijken wat dat je oplevert.. een heleboel tevreden klanten die met plezier nog eens terugkomen!!

Last weekend, for example, I wanted to unload for firstlook, so I drive to the tollgate on the side road, where an employee is screaming loudly to "get lost! To P2 away here! Back back!" so I drive there, they say "yes you have to be here, and you can not get in until 4 o'clock!" to which I said "that seems stiff because my colleagues are already unloading". It turned out that this was for a totally different event, but the employees there had received no work instruction because they did not even know what firstlook was and that it was happening to you. what turned out that I had to follow route 200 and unload there.
