Super friendly staff and nice campus. Kid loves school.

Financial Aid = Terrible

Scholarship program = slow and everything is left to the last minute

They listen to lies and without doing anything to obtain proof punish students for those lies

They support abuse rather than help prevent it

As a college that expects students to treat people respectfully, loudly shouts about its financial aid, expects students to work to a deadline but cant do any of this themselves im shocked

Avoid this place

When to pick up my cap and gown and was super easy process no wait and was greeted by friendly staff and congratulated on my graduation

This is the best higher learning Institution in all of Richmond. I can only afford J. Sarg but it is helping me advance in my career!

Used the walking trail. 1.5 miles in the trees mostly. Some up and down along the stream.

When I made my decision to go to JSR, I was skeptical because of the multiple bad reviews I had read. However, I cannot tell you how far from the truth those reviews are. I had a problem with my financial aid, at first, and the two ladies that I encountered at the FA office were very nice and extremely helpful! Then, I was having trouble enrolling in two classes and it was resolved within five minutes of walking into Admissions. The woman at the front desk of the Enrollment office is great, as well! I even mentioned how surprised I was at how many bad reviews they had. Treat others as you would like to be treated, they re all just doing their jobs.

Great covid measures in place. I felt safe going in and out of the bookstore. Staff was super friendly. Thanks.
