When I made my decision to go to JSR, I was skeptical because of the multiple bad reviews I had read. However, I cannot tell you how far from the truth those reviews are. I had a problem with my financial aid, at first, and the two ladies that I encountered at the FA office were very nice and extremely helpful! Then, I was having trouble enrolling in two classes and it was resolved within five minutes of walking into Admissions. The woman at the front desk of the Enrollment office is great, as well! I even mentioned how surprised I was at how many bad reviews they had. Treat others as you would like to be treated, they re all just doing their jobs.
