Went into the place kicked tires on the bikes for I'd say 20 minutes not one service customer came to me. Watch Dustin just sit there not even a hi. So I would recommend if your looking for a Honda look elsewhere I went to Bill's cycle in winnipeg and bought a crf450x and was shipped right to me no troubles..

Huge shout out to Dave and the team at J and J for hooking me up with a 2020 Polaris Sportsman 570! Everything went great and I couldn't be happier!!!!

I bought a new sled my first ride on it an it was overheating brought it back the next morning they figured out there was an issue with the water pump so they ordered the parts but wouldn't be here till the next week but anne marie made sure I had a sled to ride for the weekend top notch customer service would reccomend

I want to thank the staff and J&J for a great repair experience. I live out of town and have a mid-sized Honda outboard that required considerable age related service. Their Service Manager Steve, minimized my travel by accurately anticipating all the parts required and booking me a dedicated time slot in which to have all the work done. Senior Mechanic Joe, did a great job of tearing the engine down and completing the necessary work (they even worked late on a Friday, just to get my repair done - all in one day!!) Engine runs like new again. Very friendly, helpful and skilful service team. Thanks guys.

While traveling from the US I had a throttle issue with my Goldwing trike. I called from Dryden the morning I planned to arrive in Thunder Bay. Jay answered the phone and was welcoming and very helpful. I pulled into the parking lot at 2:30 and was on my way by 3:45, problem diagnosed and repaired. My thanks to Collin who fit me into his busy schedule and the mechanic who fixed my wing. By the way, while I was waiting a salesman approached me and asked if he could help me.You folks are the best.

Wanted to say a special thanks to Anne Marie and all the staff. I went to buy a new sled and found a great deal on a 900 RZR polaris UTV. So so helpful not pushy and really listen to the customers needs and wants. I'd send everyone to them. Other places that sell simpular products can't hold a candle to there prices or their knowledgeable staff. Forever grateful Rock stars for a staff. Picking up the new toy Monday. Very good service ordered something for my side by side came less then a week

Very inconsiderate dealer, with inexperienced mechanics. Would not recommend having any equipment worked on. If you bought a machine from this dealer, make sure they can never get their hands on it again. More than once has my machine left that dealership in far worse condition then it rolled in there.

More expensive then the internet, and takes just as long to get the parts in. Like many places, they charge too much for PDI.

Was in the lot for almost 45 minutes and no staff approached me. Walked past multiple staff and they all ignored me and one glared at me. Once I went up to an employee they said to have them show me around to "come back with some money and we'll talk". I had intentions of buying that day but I won't be returning.

Bought a Honda Generator last year for a great price new. Had some issues with the tank. at first not much was being done, but after hounding them, months later the tank was replaced (3/4 a year later) i got my generator back. My warranty was over by then which sucked because I really never got to run the generator. All in all i was treated well and would buy again. just a bit annoying it wasn't processed faster.

Sales staff worked hard to accommodate all my requests and were very attentive. Parts counter and service staff are very knowledgeable and friendly with great attention to detail. Always had great service here.
