While traveling from the US I had a throttle issue with my Goldwing trike. I called from Dryden the morning I planned to arrive in Thunder Bay. Jay answered the phone and was welcoming and very helpful. I pulled into the parking lot at 2:30 and was on my way by 3:45, problem diagnosed and repaired. My thanks to Collin who fit me into his busy schedule and the mechanic who fixed my wing. By the way, while I was waiting a salesman approached me and asked if he could help me.You folks are the best.
