J&J Air Conditioning Reviews

Our AC decided to break on Wednesday night in June. We called another company (who we had a service agreement with) and they couldn t come out till Friday. When they came out they told us the motor was blown, without even pulling the system apart. The problem was, even if they could get the part, they couldn t get it installed until next week sometime. All weekend, in late June, in a hot FL summer, no thank you.

We called J & J. They had done some work though our business before so we knew they were great people. They came out that very same day, on a Friday afternoon. They agreed the motor was blown after doing some very extensive investigation. They didn t have the part in stock but was able to locate one about 45 minutes north of us. It was around 4:45 when they drove the 1.5 hours round trip, during rush hour, on a Friday night. There was no way they were letting us go all weekend with no AC, this was not acceptable to them. They stayed at our house till after 7pm, until the job was done. This company is my hero! They didn t stop until the job was done right and we were cool again. I would highly recommend to everyone!

J & J has completed all repairs, new system installs on two houses in Venice since 1980, the most recent an entire system in 2017 on a renovation project home, all exceptional results! Cost competitive, honest from the owner to all employees! Top Notch!!!!

Honest company. I have an old a/c and J&J has fixed it 3 times and not one time did the technician mention replacing it. J&J is an honest fair company.

J&J is the best!! Techs showed up on time, went straight to work and finished the installation when they said they would. Had a couple of minor issues which were resolved immediately by the owner. The customer definitely comes first with J&J!!
