Agate Hotel was lovely and friendly. My room and the breakfast room looked out on the courtyard. It was winter and snowing so no one used it but it was charming. My room was tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I recommend this hotel and will stay there when I return to Paris. I needed to be in that area and the hotel was reasonable and a find.

Hotel staff very welcoming. Geographical location very good, close to metro nation and various restaurants. Hotel rather well soundproofed, clean. Normal size room with access to wifi bluffing speed (convenient during a trip pro). Bedding very comfortable. In contrast, bathroom unusable for a normal person: all in length, with a space between the toilet and the wall making it impossible to sit! Access to the shower is almost passing over the toilet! In total, bathroom inaccessible and not functional! Pity

Nice, clean hotel. 5 min from a metro station. Secure parking garages close by but not included.

The room I stayed in was small without being uncomfortable. All very clean and quiet. The bathroom stall was very small, sometimes tricky to shower. The bed was comfortable and there was room for my bags, plus safe. I had an annoying incident. I accidentally closed the safe and could not open it. It was late at night and I was about to leave. The guy at the front desk told me he could only open it in the morning. I was in the insecurity of leaving my money in there with a strange person being able to open it. Luckily, everything went well.

Breakfast schedule too late. Room very small but still clean and renovated.

The "suite" was a bit small, and the bathroom too. We were a bit disappointed when we arrived, however the staff was very friendly and very welcoming

Room a little noisy because next to the elevator but the staff was very friendly and I had the breakfast offered (a nice way to forget the little worry of noise ...)

I chose this hotel for the good reviews on Booking and on Google.
I was surprised at the welcome we received on arrival. The man at the reception was cold and we got a "yes?" As a welcome message.
Despite the size of the bathroom and the fairly narrow shower, all the amenities are there and it is very clean.

Value for money perfect..personnel caring, impeccable cleanliness and all 10 minutes from the Gare de Lyon ... what more!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for medical reasons. Being an extremely light sleeper, I asked if it was possible to have a quieter room, and we were indeed given the room on the top floor and down the hall, great point! It didn't stop me from being woken up by slamming doors and weird noises coming from the air conditioning, but that's just my painful sensitive ear

In terms of location, the metro and RER A are available a few minutes' walk away, there aren't many restaurants nearby but enough to eat for a few days

I really appreciated the quality of the welcome, and the staff in general, on this side no complaints, it was perfect and I thank you!

The room itself was pretty decent, the linen and the mattress pleasant, on the other hand the bathroom in the room was really special: all along with the toilet limit accessible for me (see photo), yet I do not 1m80. It was tricky but for 2 days it was not dramatic. I could see that the other rooms didn't necessarily have any detail.

Cleanliness level was correct, attention to detail (a few hairs found on the walls of the bathroom, a few hairs in the towels, the underside of the taps, etc.).

In short apart from 2-3 little things, for me, it's a good establishment

Very convenient location and friendly staff. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi. The rooms are nice and cleaned up everyday. They gave us a room with AC though we had only paid for a standard room. They also accepted to keep our luggage after checking out since our train only left in the evening.
They serve a big breakfast with a lot of choice but we didn't try it because it costs 12, which we thought was a little bit pricey.
Very good experience overall, I would recommend this hotel! Plus, we could see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony of our room.

Well, but have heard the neighbors from the adjoining rooms and the maids remake your bed really quickly so this is really to be desired

One star because we can not put less, we had our computer stolen from our room, not having made any backup of our data all our work fell apart, obvious lack of security to FUIRE !!!! !!
We were reimbursed for our computer, but this kind of incident is not supposed to happen in a hotel!

Well placed and quiet hotel thanks to the interior courtyard, quality reception during the day and decent at night. Small but cheap room, 1 and a half person bed rather a person but comfortable.

In our case the heating did not work. The hotel's refusal to change us rooms when it was not full and to reimburse us for the remaining days. No respect for hotel duties. Aggressiveness, contempt and arrogance Staff.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this charming, family-run hotel located near Nation, a pleasant, residential neighborhood near several metro lines, with lots of restaurants, bakeries and shops.
My room, while small, was well appointed, clean and pleasant, with French windows opening onto a quiet courtyard. The hotel staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the handheld shower in the bathroom, which is actually very environmentally friendly since one tends to take short showers.
I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

It's 24h open, you can pay the night you Check in, you don't need to pay beforehand. The walls are thick and soundproof. It's near lot of places like bars and such. It has room with comfy beds, and they provide you things you need to the bathroom daily. Really clean and great price.

I did not expect such a welcome when going to this hotel.
A friendliness that has become rare, a keen sense of service, receptionists at your disposal so that you do not miss anything and are truly at ease ...

Functional and comfortable room, good value for money, with a large bed for one person. Well isolated in a quiet courtyard side. Room glued to the elevator quiet but you can hear a little machinery.

I booked a room for two nights but I stayed for one night because it was bad to insulate on the first floor room 16 I asked that we change rooms.The boss is not wanted in addition when he answers you very cold and the receptionist also rate cleanliness nickel but kindness 0 here we are gone and we have to pay two days for nothing I am very disappointed with this hotel

Very good general services. The breakfast is unfortunately not up to par: certainly plentiful, the coffee is more than American, the chocolate has little taste. Impossible to have cold milk. Tested during the Covid 19 crisis to which these details may be related.

Lovely hotel On our first visit to Paris the choice of this hotel was a success. It is very family, cozy and very clean with very comfortable beds. You can enjoy a full breakfast at a good price and in a very quiet place of the hotel. Communication by subway is great, has a station at walking distance that connects to any address in Paris. Totally recommended.

I paid 47 for a room on the top floor (the 6th).

In the room there is a TV, a closet, an air conditioning, a table and a chair, not forgetting a safe.
Once in bed, the mattress is comfortable. By cons, as I am on the side of the Place des Nations, we hear a little noise of traffic.
In the bathroom, there is soap for the shower, hand soap, moisturizing body cream and a hair dryer. Using the shower, I notice that the pressure of cold water is very low, which is not the case of hot water. So be careful, if you do not want to scald you.
Otherwise, despite a very small room, the entire service is correct for the price paid.
