Cannot say enough about this company. They accidentally hit our sewer lines when installing gas lines within our neighborhood. We didnt notice until maybe 2 weeks or so later when we started having issues within our home. When we called our "go to" for our sewer and drain services they identified there was a break in the newly installed line we had completely done a little over a year ago. He contacted J.F. Kiely immediately since they were just here about 3 weeks ago to install the gas lines. They IMMEDIATELY came to our land to survey. The very next morning they were here. Kept me informed and letting me know every step of the way what was going on. The 2 gentleman that were on site were so informative and very nice, going out of their way to knock on the door to let me know what was going o . When I asked questions, they responded with knowledge and respect. Very impressed!

Very helpful! They worked outside of my house on a gas main and were as polite and friendly as could be.

Your employees shoukd stay of social media using the "N" word. Absolutely offensive and insensitive to a minority group who has been consataly abused by such a vulgar word used to try to belittle and make someone feel less of man. Sure some of the businesses you do business are ran or even just employ such minorities

We had called them to give us a pre cost list of what necessary work needed to be done. After agreeing with the price, they charges is an extra $320 for extra hours. After a talk with the manager they went ahead and charged the price I was initially qouted.

They did construction near my friend's house in Sunbury and left their chicken bones and trash from their lunch all over her driveway.

I haven't worked with them professionally however as a commuter these people are the worst on the highway, AC expressway or GS Parkway. I see these huge construction trucks barrelling down the highway at 85mph plus almost daily. They'll tailgate you, and give you the bird. Makes me quite apprehensive to ever do business with them.

They Are doing my neighborhood by fixing the roads because of the previous pipe work . As i was on my property which is private I had several workers stop what they were doing to laugh about how bad my parents house looks. As well as the day after which was 1/31/2020, I was video recording on snap chat of the paver moving and a guy yells this isnt for sale now go away which i thought was very disrespectful as they are impeding our access to our houses etc .
