Would have been a five star but JCP still has dressing rooms shut down. Not spending money on clothes I can't try on!

JC Penny continues to reinvent themselves. The store recently had a renovation. They still specialize in select homegoods and Levi's clothing.

The grandparents got the some item when I tried to change the size the price dropped devastatingly. Ex. 44.00 to 7.00 where they do that at??? Boy stop. I will never shop here personally but im greatful 4 the help she gave. The grandparents.

Store is clean, well decorated and organized. The cashier was very friendly. My only "complaint" is that when there are good sales, JCPenney is always out of stock online of the item I need, and in store they are very picked over, including the first day of sale. My husband needs 4XLT polos, and loves the Foundry and US brands, but they are very hard to find during your deals.

I'm a curvy female and Penney's has nice clothes good prices (and usually a coupon)for all ages groups with a lil extra.

Got a great perm at the hair salon. It was a relaxing experience.

I am a little bit disappointed in the quality of fashion that they have. Too old and ugly for me. Sad but true. They need new designs.

I do not have nothing to share just to ask someone to help me of giving my Daughter a present for Christmas , I do not have money . My daughter she is the smarter girl she is a A &B student . Last Sumer i cannot even go to lake Lanier with her . Because of no money . She mom do not worry I will make my vacation became a fun an other way .she 30 books in two months , but feel so embarrassed after she work so hard to not give her nothing for Christmas . I don t if I will be a life look at her on her eyes without give her nothing pls help .

I never have bad experiences when I go. I love this store. And the best deals and coupons you could ask for.

It would be better if the employees were less rude and they had more registers open.

Very overly congested store, hard to really shop way too much merchandise all smashed together at this JCPenney. Check out counter help not friendly.

I was at the Sephora at jcpenny and the manager, Toni was wonderful!! She explained all the products I was interested in, she took time going over the all the details! I have been there before and had a horrible experience but today was great! I will be back just because of the amazing service Toni provided.

Today I had a very bad experience with a cashier waiting almost 30 minutes and she did not attend to me but to another person who was not even on the line I hope that those who watch all these messages better train their employees the cashier is called IMANA

Asked a lady for a small bag to hold some of my items I brought in, she replied we cannot give you a bag unless you buy something. Fine, you just lost another customer.

This place is the bees knees, if your looking for some curtains or a matress go to bella, she was super helpfull and totally full of great energy.

The eye vision store really fell down on our first experience trying them. We had to call to check on our order four or five times over two months, only to find out the frames they shipped broke, and we ended up having to get our money back and going somewhere else. It's not like they carry one of a kind designer frames. Very disappointing first experience in a store where we usually get pretty good service!

There are good bargain to be had at this store but it is untidy and unkept. I don't know where the staff hide as it is near impossible to find someone who works there! I've been there on different days different times and its the same only one cash reg and one changing room open in women's dept! Long lines as the only checkout is the customer service where people are returning items so it is incredibly slow. Poor service staff seem to hate their job. Forget getting a different size at the shoe dept i never see anyone there. I would avoid this JCP if you are on any type of schedule!

Found a great variety of evening dresses at a discounted price! Tip: before leaving store make sure the security tag/pin is taken off, I had to make a 2nd trip to get it off.
