Jewelry department: great prices and customer service (shout out to Issac who helped me and my fiance find a ring and other jewelry. He was very kind). Great place to shop. Very cute things at great prices

WOW! I was pretty impressed with what JCPenny! After not visiting one in many years I must say based on my experience I will return. Great deals. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly.

If I could give their salon department no stars I would. Felicia D did my relaxer yesterday and burned my skin and my scalp! i asked for a relaxer and haircut. I told her I felt tingling and she continued to leave it in. I also asked her to buzz the back but she refused. Now I know why. It burned when i left but I thought it was normal. It continued to burn and hurt today so I had it shaved to uncover the numerous open chemical burns she left on the back of my head. It was extremely painful shaving it because the hair was burned together in the sores. Felicia D does not know what she is doing! I have been going here for years and Cassilda and Victoria are great but not Felicia D.

I've always liked this store. But they are obvious...

I've always liked this store. But they are obviously trying to put themselves out of business by keeping the dressing rooms closed for the last 6 months. Half the women's dept is 70-80% off and overflowing with clothes, but we're forced to buy, try on at home, and then come back to return what doesn't fit. What a huge hassle! It's not protecting the employees or the consumer to make us return to the store to stand in line again. Stupid move, JCPenney.

I went to this location to return some clothes that were not able to be worn due to a COVID wedding cancellation. Obviously the belt and items were intended to be used so the tag was removed. The lady at the customer service counter sniffed the clothes and looked at the shoes (which nothing had been worn) and called a manager over to tell me she wasn t accepting the items. Horrible customer service as during this time many things are being cancelled. I will be going to my home store of jcpenny , but this blew my mind that she literally sniffed the clothes. So odd. Do not recommend to shop there at all.

I m going to add further and say that our home JCPenny took the items back because they CLEARLY were not worn. Very unprofessional from this store.

JCPenney is an is a store and has been there long time but it has not forgotten to Courtesy & manners and pleasant to the customer and helpful I really have to say that I'm familiar with JCPenney from Florida was always very nice but this one was exceptional what's reasonable prices

So.....as far as shopping. YES this is the place to go if u catch them on a weekday/weekend when they have a sale and a coupon then you will save SO much. But as an employee this place sucks!!!! You tell them you want to work in a specific dept. They put you wherever even though during the interview process they ask where would you like to work. Then you tell them I can wotk on these days or dont schedule me a specific way because I have etc going on they do it anyways. Then you call out you end up getting an FTR(Failure to report) even though they chose NOT to listen to you about the schedule THEY keep giving you. Talking to management does nothing and you get faulted even though you went and told them why you needed what you needed and then their is no growth and they do not pay you enough and claim they cant pay anymore as if you are so stupid as to not know how much they can and cant pay you. Last they work you EVERY weekend even though they are doing new hire orientations daily and allow others to be off frequently you say you are scheduling me every single weekend and thats not cool but they keep doing it.

Jcpenney lifer here, been going to this fine establishment since I was a little girl 40 years ago. Just walked into my fav place and impressed with the new floor arrangement and new line of clothes by a.n.a. It was so refreshing walking around now not so crowded and everything looking fresh and lively. Kudos to whomsoever came up with new design.

I will never come to this sephora in the jcpenny store again. When I was going to pay for my items with my gift card I noticed the pin number on the card was scratched off. The sephora employee informed me that most of their gift cards PIN numbers would scratch off and that she would call a manager for help. The employee was completely nice and professional but it was the manager i had a problem with. The manager, Mary came and she didn t even acknowledge me. While she was trying to fix the problem i was waiting there for about 20 min. After a long period of time she finally got on the phone with someone but by this time i had to leave for work because I was going to be late. I told her she can just cancel the transaction because I had to go back to work and she just said gave me my card back. Since I work in customer service I know how you are supposed to handle things with an angry customer and she was completely rude. I did not get an apology or anything for the 45 min that I wasted waiting for her come to the Sephora section and to figure out how to fix my problem which she in the end did not fix it at all. An apology is all I wanted but at the end of the day I realized that not everyone has good customer service. I will not come here ever again.

JCPenny may be in trouble in the Markets but they have greatly improved their customer service. Purchased a backrest pillow that isn't so wimpy. Price not bad but wouldn't say it was a sale either.

I went there last year. They had great variety Nike clothing but this year they didn't have no new variety. I had to shop elsewhere very disappointing. I was looking for all new Nike pull over and t shirt's. I went to another store in the mall that had the new style Nike clothing.

Always has just what I need and great deals to go with it!! Recently purchased 4 pairs of men's shorts and 2 blouses all for under $100 total... that's insane. Don't miss out on the deals! You DON'T have to open up a rewards credit card to reap these benefits either!!

There was clearance sale but they didn't have the item what I looking for either. I thought I would buy some kids clothes instead but it was not clear the price. Most tag were original and sign said 50% off but you never know those item were mixed from other rack. Casher wete stucked with few customers. I just want to know the price and no time to wait line at casher. I hope they put price checkers on the sales floor like Kohl's or Target. Store was quiet but cash register was stucked same as last time. I just gave up shopping the day.
