Horrible landlords!... They hide behind a useless, lazy, arrogant and rude office "manager". She really just does the paperwork and says "too bad" to tenant concerns. Every interaction we've had with her has been met with minimal concern or no effort what so ever. We moved out 4 month prior to our lease ending just remove our selves from the situation.
Taking people's money and holding onto it isn't right at all!!! Fix what you did wrong, give the money back and start an honest company. No one is going to keep coming to you if all your doing is steeling people's money!!
This company says it s new construction and is separate from the landlord portion of the company. Which might be true but the rental office won t tell you who is in charge. There is supposedly a project manager who makes the decisions. You will never get that project managers name. Instead you get an office full of rude pass the buck gatekeepers that are completely unreasonable. Do not rent from the company.
Not the best landlords. They don't fix safety things till someone gets hurt.
