Delivery via their regular third party haulage company who were courteous and extremely helpful at point of delivery. First class service with 5 star staff. we will be using them on a regular basis. I found the staff quite rude every time I phoned to chase my order, promised twice for a call back which never happened. The only person who was pleasant to me was the lady informing me of the delivery day, she was lovely. It costs nothing to be polite to people! Having said that, when my timber arrived, it was perfectly covered and was of superior quality. I was looking for a new supplier going forward but not sure I want to deal with rude individuals seriously lacking in the knowledge of how to talk to customers.

We've placed a few orders of mixed species planed all round timber with iWood. The ordering process is very easy, the timber was of great quality and iWood provided excellent customer service.
