I found the staff quite rude every time I phoned to chase my order, promised twice for a call back which never happened. The only person who was pleasant to me was the lady informing me of the delivery day, she was lovely. It costs nothing to be polite to people! Having said that, when my timber arrived, it was perfectly covered and was of superior quality. I was looking for a new supplier going forward but not sure I want to deal with rude individuals seriously lacking in the knowledge of how to talk to customers.
