The employee accepts the phone as she was still in bed. The friendliness that was then (not) shown did not really enhance the conversation. Processing time for mail inquiries is also catastrophic, after almost three weeks now I didn't even get confirmation that the order was received and being processed. When asked about this by telephone, I was told with a pale tone that I still had to be patient.
My son sent an application there and didn't even receive a rejection. That says everything about this company.

Shameful, the switchboard should be operated by 12 noon. At 11.20 I tried to call but the line was already running. The central was not operated but the announcement of the opening times came on the tape. IWB is no longer what it was ...
I can't understand the other comments. I was totally accommodated with bills that I couldn't pay. In addition, you have already received money back (see environmental bonus). All in all, I am very happy with the IWB
