Applied to this company as an Engineer II. Bringing to them Enterprise level experience from a fortune 500 company and after multiple interviews, and even a face to face encounter that had me drive 7 hours and across 2 states I was still turned down for the position. Their methods of giving positive feedback but docking one for negative feedback and reducing the position is not fair , and is an unusual way of shorting a candidates experience.
