A highly unprofessional and unreliable company. Of many negative experiences I could share, most recently I needed IVPM to sign an document to allow a remortgage application to complete. First approached for this in Dec 2024, I am still chasing them for this in late March 2025. Calls and emails are never answered, and whilst receptionist is generally friendly on the phone, no amount of messages left ever lead any response.
Extremely disappointed with the service from IV Property Management. They have consistently failed to meet their obligations, including addressing my repeated requests for access to their client portal (over 6 months unresolved), providing proof of service charge increases, and delivering promised improvements to communal areas. Basic maintenance, like servicing entry doors and ensuring hot water availability, has been neglected despite numerous escalations. Communication is poor, and promises to follow up are rarely honoured. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable property management.
