This place only strives for one thing. That s making shareholders money. The raises are horrible. The environment is dirty. The staff is like a club. If your not in it, your nothing. Your voice means nothing. There have been several sexual harassment cases brought up and management does nothing, Or covers it up. They have a huge turnover rate (imagine that) Stay clear of this place. They are getting worse everyday.
I just started working here a few weeks ago. I like the job and for the most part have nothing bad to say. Pros: Normal 40 hour work week. They do not work you to death. Atleast not in the beginning. The pay is decent. I make 18$ an hour and that's second but even if you want to do first start pay is 15$. ( As a temp this could be differnet I was a direct hire.) They have benefits (vacation/ health insurance) A paid maternity leave a for a month. This isnt found at a lot of companies so I figured I would mention this. It's only a month but atleast it's paid for. And I haven't faced any discrimination due to being pregnant either. The job is easy and you don't really even get your hands dirty for the most part. Cons: Not a whole lot but there's a couple I can mention. I have noticed favoritism among the employees. And the dress code is jeans only. I don't see why sweat pants aren't allowed but it's in the dress code jeans only. I only have one pair of jeans lol I need to buy more. And shift end time is 11:30(3:30pm,7:30am) it should be like 11:15 instead. Update:Not getting FMLA or my paid maternity leave. The favoritism is bad here. They don't mandate OT but if you don't work it your considered lazy. The FMLA thing is what made me most upset though. Considering quitting post birth due to it.
