I visited there in a sale. Sale was not good but Noor-Us-Sabah is good to visit once.You can have some beverage there and celebrate anniversaries there.

Wonderful heritage property in Bhopal. Great service and hospitality.

We booked Viceroy for our function. The ambience was beautiful as expected. Though the starters were good but the food that was provided was pathetic. None of us liked the food and almost all of it was left uneaten. Just the sweet was edible. The staff was more or less fine.

A premier dining experience in Bhopal with a mix of traditional and modern.

Three starts for the heritage and view thats it. Food is not upto the mark.

U can have the breath taking view of upper lake from the hotel .It's one of d best location of bhopal.
They have chinese restaurant and a bakery shop as well apart from the main restaurant ( zaayka)

1) Great Interior and extwrior and theme.
2) Melamine cutlery?! I had expected something better from Noor US Sabah. Earlier they had bone china crockery which was great and elegant too!
3) Food average - High on salt And average on taste.
(We took only the vegetarian options)

4) Chairs - Had a cushion which was detachable, so ideally if I get up from my table a little quickly the cushioning would come off!!
Maybe I am disappointed because I expected a lot from Noor US Sabah.

I went there for dinner at Marble Arches. The view and ambience were excellent, and the food was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I visited Bhopal with my friends to spend some time for holidays. We stayed at Welcomheritage Palace. We enjoyed my stay at Noor us sabah palace. We like their hospitality. Food there is delicious.

overall experience was good. nice and hygiene maintained property. good food. basically a fort turned into a 5 star property

Worst hotel I've stayed in.
- The lock housing was exposed meaning it wasn't difficult to break into our room. No lights in the hotel corridors post mid night.
- Standard rooms at in the basement which one gets to know when they arrive at the hotel. I purchased a paid upgrade of INR 4k to go to a suite room which was even dirtier.
- Hot water constantly running out.
- No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo.
- The staff was ignorant, we had asked for room freshener and re-cleaning of our bathrooms however no one ever showed up. I had called the front desk 3 times and eventually gave up.
- Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers.
- Furniture is old and rusty. Nothing about the room is value for money.
- Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.
- Filthy bathrooms, black spots everywhere and disgusting grouting.
- AC doesn't work rather makes the room smellier
- Staff is constantly moving around to earn a tip. No one wants to owe up and take responsibility. I had asked to meet the duty manager/ hotel manager however the gentlemen didn't bother showing up or returning my call.

I could go on but I'm not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and seen such an ignorant hotel.If you are not majorly bothered by the cleanliness of your room and can withstand rude behavior, this is the place for you. However if you are more the care about cleanliness, and like to have a comfortable stay, DO NOT STAY AT NOOR US SABAH.

Wonderfully restored & nicely maintained heritage hotel. Beautiful interiors and lovey artifacts placed all around the hotel. The lobby is especially beautiful. There is a lovely view out of the windows towards the Bada Jheel (Upper Lake) in Bhopal. Lovely place for a stay, though it is slightly on the higher side.

Great place to go if you are looking for something fancy, Ming Dynasty was on point with there food really loved the dumplings, ambience, tad slow on service but worth the wait.

I stayed here on a work trip, and I loved it. Our room had a great view of the lake. Service was great too, and the rooms are tastefully done up. And it looks like a palace. Only downside was that it was a little too quiet when we went.

Located at a 20 mins drive from the Bhopal airport this property is apt for business and leisure travellers. A palace turned into a commercial property it's a perfect place for a corporate traveller to unwind..most of the rooms are lake facing and provide you a good view. Rooms are spacious enough wwith balconies wherein you can sip in your morning and evening teas. Airport pick up facility provided by the hotel while drop is chargeable @ Rs.800. In room dining is a bit on expensive side while the food quality is good. An above average buffet breakfast spread available.

The location is beautiful. Rooms were amazing. Service was top notch.

A beautiful heritage property located in the city and yet quiet and peaceful. If you're not staying here, visit the coffee shop at least.

The location, sheer size of the property, ambience and the courtesy of staff is just amazing ! The lake view is the crown jewel. A big shout out to Mr. Yaman in Guest Relations for making the experience worthwhile :)

All in a decent experience a palace converted into hotel gives a royal feal. Of all places I stayed in Bhopal this was one decent place

Heritage palace with good Mughali and Chinese Food. The coffee shop is also good.

The stag was very comfortable. The hotel is real Palace. Lake view from my room balcony was astonishing. Breakfast was excellent keeping in mind everyone's taste. You can feel the royalness every where you walk along the corridors. Must stay whenever in bhopal.

Food is expensive & the taste not worth the money. (Don t order any kind of pizza.)
