Superb Hotel, had visited thier Ming Dyanasty a couple of times. Beautiful views, top of the world Service. BUT escapes comprehensions.... what prevents this property which otherwise is classy, from offering Alcoholic beverages..... in this age and times, it doesnot make sense to make guests suffer your whims...... goes against fundamentals of Hospitality

Had an opportunity to have extended stays hereon two occasions.. The place is a unique combination of luxury and traditional old world charm.. The decor rightfully does justice to the palatial setup.. Rooms are well appointed and well serviced.. Food is great.. Breakfast is excellent..

Zaika. Their awadhi restaurant. Is my go to place whenevr I'm craving authentic mughlai food. Have tried their chicken Tikka, handi paneer and handi chicken, and mutton dum biryani. Everything is cooked to perfection. Nothing more or less. Just perfect. And the ambience is so calm and peaceful. They have open kitchen so it's visible from the tables what is being cooked.
For deserts have tried their phirni and even Shahi tukda. They just steal the show. Highly recommended place.

Very Good Place , Real Nawabi Style and fantastic view and lawn . This hotel is in a very big piece of land and better than a five star property. And staff is also very nice . I will surely like to visit this property again .And good value for money. Real Palacial feeling. I love this hotel.

The restaurant Marble Arch has absolutely poor service staff and it's been degrading ever since. It's a shame that one of the best Heritage hotel in the city has been working on such low standards and feudal food variety.
