ITC Welcomgroup Rajputana Sheraton, Jaipur Review

I have done numerous stays st ITC Rajputana since 2010 used to be my favorite hotel
I visited hotel n multi cuisine restaurant for dinner during my recent visit
I ordered for my favorite laal maas with instructions only less salt
The laal maas looked really tempting but salt was more n quantity was very less
As was hungry n tired ate it although informed that it was not as per my preference neither team informed chef nor they offered a fresh one
I hope corrective measures will take place

All the staff and facilities are really first class. Especially Sanjeet on the front door.

Had awesome stay. Rooms are really spacious with nice interiors. But service is not slow. Otherwise great property to explore and enjoy.

It's a place to go. Gr8 comfortable location. Rooms are well maintained. Buffet breakfast excellent. Peshawari the restaurant is fabulous. Bar's well staked with snacks to match.

It was awesome in every single way!( leavin the price)

If you want delicious food and great ambience with a wonderful service.. Rajputana is your place to be

I am not sure this hotel is worth the price... While I've stayed at a few ITC hotels, I have been disappointed by the lack of attention to details of this one .

Bathroom was remotely clean and amenities (coffee pot, scale) broken or missing. When signaling issues, we were answered by head manager that "we should have called to ask for a new one". I think this should have been straight up right.

The next day, they offered pillows with our embroided names as a commercial gesture... Lovely attention but one had a funny misspelling.

Dance show and happy hour at pool are very enjoyable and overall the food is good and people nice.

It's a good hotel for sure, but too amateurish to be a luxury hotel. They are still charging professional luxury prices though.

FLIGHT CREW- GENERAL DYNAMIC - US NATIONALS DO NOT STAY HERE, Didn't feel safe there . if I could give them less star I would had, I arrived at 1am to a dirty room and when I asked to have my room changed, i was told they don't have anything available and they wanted to send me the house keepers after a long trip that I had. as a premium Elite member I wasn't welcomed well. the security of the hotel at entrance was poor, management met me next day at restaurant and offered me free dinner for the same day when i had other plans as the compensations, and no other compensations. I suppose to stay there for 2 nights and since I the customer service and safety measure was poor, I checked out the hotel within 9 hours of my arrival . I was so disappointed with their poor customer service and the managers Adhi & Nimish were so useless, I guess they better stay home and let someone else who is more professional and more customer oriented to run the show. I never stay here ever again and will not recommend it to anyone ...just had to share my experience with you all

Super Luxury Feel & Perfect Service with Gourmet Food.

This review is post covid..Recently visited the hotel premises, i felt the lobby has lost its charm, hotel feels kind of old definitely needs renovation.

Awesome staff begging from front desk specially ms. Aditi Razdan she is so polite, humble, and cooperative same goes with the rest of the staff.... keep it up thank you ...... once again thanks Aditi ma am

Luxurious hotel with good facility of food and staying. Service staff is supportive.

A lot of luxury, very expensive and they charge you 3 / day on the internet ... It is incredible and super racano.

It's very close to railway station and bus stand it's a luxury hotel with decent rooms and restaurant .

Very Beautiful Hotel & just near JAIPUR RAILWAY STATION.

Service are good but not as compression with other ITC hotels

If you can forgive the messy & frustrating entry & exit to the hotel, live with noisy ambiance of adjacent Railway station and not so up to date rooms then its an ok place for touring executives provided your company is footing your bill. But the 24 hour coffee shop and restaurants are really good. The food is good specially at Peshawari.

Hospitality is just ok not as expected from 5 star property.

One of the best hotels in jaipur. Located just near to railway station. All the things are really 5 star level.

Great food @ Peshawari. Nice ambience. Situated at heart of the city.

Worth every penny of the amount given,best hospitality , cleanliness and ambience. I took a short break package which was very profitable. Will surely visit again.

The entire stay was wonderful their indian restaurant is very good.

Moldy room made my friend sick. Management was not accommodating , we were downgraded to a lower grade room for one night and move yet again the next day. All this with no reconciliation.
To make it clear the service at the hotel is great but the management needs an attitude check when dealing with customers.
The restaurant choices here are great.
Buffet breakfast has many options all of which are good and give the foreigners a good taste of the popular cuisine within India.
The hotel is not as lively as others, you must go out of the hotel for "night life".
Bar closes very early even on weekends.

Poor staff unable to converse in English. Poorly trained f&b staff. Cracks in walls and bathtub. No hand shower. Avoid the small rooms, Stick to the Marriott, Hilton or Holiday Inn or Taj. Constantly bombarded with huge in house TV with obese women chanting how great and balanced the meals are. Lot of poppy cock nonsense.

Room was a bit mould smelling before aircon kicked in. Food was great. Service excellent.
