In times like these when sanitization should be the top priority of the hotel I was rather disappointed to see the pathetic arrangements at a Ring Ceremony function hosted by my family. Would not recommend anyone going there who are cautious of their health during covid.

We went to the famous Bukhara in ITC for dinner on a Monday. There was a long wait of an hour and a half. So, reservation is advised. Menu is short and nice. The famous dal Bakhara is delectable. You can order the huge Naan Bukhara if you are a group of 5-6 people. Staff is courteous and ambience is decent.

It's a very good peaceful place to dine as well as relax. The ambience is very nice with beautiful paintings all around . There are multiple cuisine available . The food at pavilion is good and would definitely recommend buffet here. The service is also good .

Stayed here in December 2017 for work as well as our 10 year anniversary. The service and staff are what made the stay memorable. A huge shout out to Rakesh our hotel taxi driver who took us on all of our travels from and back to the hotel. The vehicle was the old fashioned
Taxi Maruti van but comfortable and efficient.
Another special shout out to Ambika and Megha, who upon finding out about our anniversary, left fresh flowers and desserts in our room, and presented us with a bouquet of gorgeous blooms and delicious brownies from Nutmeg when we left.
Additionally, the gentleman who did the shoe shine service was excellent.
The only downside to the hotel, was the meal at Dum Pukht, while the decor and service were great, the meal was mediocre. I had the mahi mahi appetizer, the chicken biriyani and the almond chicken dish. Very bland.
Our meal at Bhukara was good, but not as great as everyone raved, or as was expected. The dish I enjoyed the best, was the chicken (mince ) kebabs and the naans/ romali rotis/ breads. The famed dal bhukara was extremely rich and buttery, which I m sure is loved by most, but not to my taste.
Breakfast at the Pavilion was excellent every morning, especially when there was a manager around. The dosa and egg station was great. Loved the poori and aloo as well. French toast, sausages, everything was good. We even asked for bananas and got them. Lots of variety and great service. Lunch at the Pavilion on the other hand, was awful, and the meal took a long time to arrive and when it did was missing the described items. The staff dealt with the inconsistency well, however, and didn t charge for the meal.
Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was okay, not as much variety and less seating.
The gym is very good and outfitted with good equipment and is also clean. At the Kaya Kalp spa, I had an excellent massage by Sheela, she was wonderful. I did the standard Kaya kalp massage. I did not like that there was no female attendant at the women s change room entrance. As the door is left
open, I felt as though anyone from outside the spa (the spa is outside the hotel beside the pool) or anyone using the gym could easily access the women s change room while you are undressing. Makes you uncomfortable. Also, I wanted to use the spa amenities after the gym one day and while my husband was able to use the men s room amenities, as they were still open, the women s sauna and steam room were both closed and dark at 9:20pm even though it says open until 10pm.
I had an amazing experience at Salon Di Wills. Passang, did my manicure and she was amazing! Surender did my pedicure and gave a wonderful leg/foot massage! Christine and Ramesh, both did my hair blowout. I arrived with washed hair, so they just blow dried it. It was an amazing experience to be pampered. They were great!
Overall, a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I felt safe with all the security checks at the entrance.
I call this the pretty women hotel, because if you re wearing your fancy clothes, you re treated wonderfully, and the elevator will be pressed for you, but if you re coming from the gym, you are completely ignored and you have to wait while the elevator is filled with people dressed better than you. Made me chuckle, but found this rather odd.

My stay at ITC was not as good as I imagined it to be. Staying with a 1 year old and having your Air conditioner not working at 12 midnight is just a nightmare. At that time couldn't shift to another room. so they arranged for a table fan. Extremely disappointed with my stay there.
The only thing good there was the in-room dining with delicious ITC standard food.
Definitely not my best experience for a stay at ITC.

This is probably one of the most luxurious hotels in India. Amazing rooms, staff, views and restaurants. The pool and spa is great as well. I stayed in the towers which is the most luxurious part of the hotel but overall great place to stay. Most recommended but it is not cheap.

Service inconsistent. Breakfast at the Pavilion disappointing each day... Need to ask for water/coffee a few times before it shows up, items on buffet run out and not replaced. Rooms are large but old and in need of refurb. When asking for help - reservation, medicine, etc. - passed among several staff members & walked in circles. Gym is cramped and machines wearing. Food and service at Tian surprisingly great with live music as well - kudos to the staff there, a step above the rest of the hotel.

We were at the Tian restaurant. The food was excellent. Rishabh who was the beverages manager was fantastic in his knowledge of wines.

I loved the food. Especially the soft shell crabs and tofu. Overall an excellent restaurant. The dessert, steamed water chestnuts, was brilliant.

The traffic at the lobby is crazy but this is India.
