Excellent place for marriage and high end party, great staff and best food

Dumpukt her is ultimate fine dinning, staff check your attire whether it s proper formal then only let u in . Each dish gives droll your mouth and has very subtle and sober taste. First time I tried beet root veg kebabs ,very yummy . How they welcome and test you is major point to be appreciated . Ambience is sparkling like wine in glass.

Great ambience in one of the most opulent hotels in India

A lovely hotel in the city centre, ITC Maurya has been charming the most discerning guests ever since I can remember or even afford a visit to the hotel.

The old charm remains, and Bukhara (Indian cuisine) remains the favourite of the elite in Delhi looking for Mughalai/North Indian cuisine.

My trip was purely business, and the grand lobby and the coffee shop at lobby level makes it easy to have meetings, in a calm and easy going environment. I was traveling with two other colleagues and a third partner joining us at the hotel. So lots of meetings, side meetings and joint meetings. Maurya affords that type of expanse and space in the lobby itself.

The room was nice and spacious (I realised later I was upgraded), with a pool view. Unfortunately, for a top end hotel, I found it strange that USB charging ports, almost a given for any classy 5 star hotel were missing here. The bathroom was equally grand, but the water flow through the wash basin was not smooth, with the drains clearly begging for a deep clean or replacement.

Staff was nice and helpful, though not very friendly. Smiles were rare among the hotel staff. Maybe my trip being during the COVID-19 pandemic explains the behaviour. People are stressed, no doubt and hotel staff is certainly at high risk. The hotel appeared to be taking the sanitisation effort quite seriously, and rooms were sealed with a 'Sanitised' sticker outside.

I am surprised that the hotel provides filtered water, but no mineral water, except if requested for by guests. No complimentary mineral bottles in the rooms either. The bottles used for the filter water were old, and their Aluminium contraption holding the rubber cap was clearly oxidised. I looked closely at quite a few bottles. Surprising no one in the hotel staff/management has noticed it.

Overall, a great experience, but the hotel needs a serious look at how to keep at the top end of the business. Being a Titanium member of Marriott loyalty program, I travel extensively, and feel that the misses for the hotel are significant, and while the old charm is certainly there, nothing that doesn't change with time survives.

The hotel is beautiful! The rooms were clean and comfortable plus the staff was very friendly. I can't wait to stay here again. This will definitely be my go to hotel in Delhi from now on.

Went to Bukhara restuarant here, good food and good ambience. Do order dal bukhara there

The hotel is located in one of the nicest neighborhood of Delhi. Hotel staff, service everything is exceptional and they will try to help you out with everything. View of some rooms is not great so definitely ask about that before checking in.

Average food for larger functions/ buffet system. Ambience was great and so was reception.

This hotel is really one of the best Hotels in Delhi.
This Hotel is owned by ITC.
Hotel is located in a peaceful and clean area.
Have nice architecture and also having a nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
Besides that this hotel has 3 very nice restaurants.
One I can suggest is Bukhara.

Excellent staff go beyond expectations to ensure an enjoyable stay, and fix any problems.

Great place in all aspects. The pool is decidedly underutilised, just as well as it permitted me to do the laps undisturbed. The spa is great, exellent massages, good sauna with great personal attention of the staff. Golf bar is a bit overdone, but liked the screen. WiFi is excellent. The only disadvantage is that you don't get out as much.

The buffet dinner at The Pavillion was delicious and excellent.So was the ambiance and service.Mr.Achito made sure that our experience was very pleasurable.

I have visited ITC maurya last year. The ambience of the hotel was awesume. Staffs are cooperative.

Good hotel and comfortable rooms. But gym is too small with hardly any equipment. Does not befit a 5 star hotel.

It's very nice hotel which is near dhaulapur kuan metro station.. Good arrangement for events..

Spectacular in all aspects but Bukhara, the main feature is the showstopper for fair reason

A place to dine like no other. Authentic mughlai cuisine with each dish giving a taste of all the ingredients. The melt in the mouth kebabs and rich and flavourful gravies are unmatched. The single diner option for house guests is definitely worth it.

Huge lobbies but very small rooms.
Food costs you fortune. Very expensive.

Amazing Service provided. And during the pandemic they have taken uttermost care of hygiene and sanitization. Have left no stones unturned in ensuring the safety of the visitors. I was provided very promising assistance with Srishti at the Reception and Raghav at Palladio Restaurant. The food they serverd was sumptuous and delectable. They took care of everything and provided above par services. Thank you to them.. Must visit..

As the name suggests, West View' has a picturesque view of lush green forest, which is serene to look at. The whole place symbolizes CLASS and FINESSE. The ambience is warm and inviting with beautiful decor. The variety of buffet layout really nice and the concept is awesome. Very fast service and top quality food . Must visit for the classy experience.

Their restaurant Bukhara is one of the Asia's best restaurants and rightly so. The food is tasty and ambience is good. Dum Pukht restaurant is also beautiful with some amazing mughlai food. There is generally a long waiting so reservation is a must. ITC Maurya has some of the best contemporary art in its main reception area. It's a beautiful lobby and very tastefully decorated.

Opulent. Very professional and hospitable staff. Only, it is quite busy hotel. If you are looking for a quite time, then it may not be place to be.

Very good hotel in the embassy district. Halfway between the airport and the center of Delhi. The rooms are a bit small for the prices charged.

A place with one of the best hospitality and great staff to take care of all your needs

quite frankly, dal bukhara is a liitle exaggerated...but the panner tikka was damn good...but if u can spend big bucks, then why not..

Actually I was on way to Medanta Medcity, I crossed this place, it's a five star hotel, having very good facilities being a five star hotel, generally foreign head's of the government whenever comes India, stay here, besides elite people also stay in the hotel.
