I went last Monday (12th Feb 2018) with my friends for dinner and i dine at Lotus Pavilion .The Atmosphere and staff was good and they served with passions. Specially there Manager Mr. Ashish who was taking care of each and every tables and describing their specialty dishes with suitable Beverage.I have been most of the hotels and their outlet but the service which I got by their staff was truly appreciated.
Event & lunch halls felt too congested. Well maintined venue. Suitable for corporate events & stalls. Paeking space is good & easily accessible from city.
I just attended conference not stayed there. Seems to be luxurious not sure about prices

There's some renovation going on which makes the experience less than 5*. But the staff were quite friendly. Parking is a major pain, the doorman indicated that I had to park myself and it was some distance away, below 3 levels of basement.
Visited for VMware World 2017 seminars, awsm place... Very good parking space and good ambience

ITC Gardenia is a good place to stay in Bengaluru ....

And good location brings four stars.On the otherside very untrained , careless, crude staff mar effects of positive sides.
They do really make picture Dismal. For everything you have to wait and call many people again and again. Service side
Looks beyond hope as even after
Mentioning they look displeased
And heavy.
They need an exposure and good leadership with frequent weekly
Advice and attention to improve
their body language and attitude.
Oh man, it's a such a beautiful place. I didn't expect this kind of a place right in the middle of the city. The landscape and ambiance is too notch. The food is delicious. Have a wide variety of items in the buffet. It's a must visit for the foodies.

5 star hotel that maintained its standard. At the buffet, live soup station was novel and tasty
Lovely place, nice ambience, good food. We took our car and as we have a driver we did not leave the car to Valet service. He had to park the car in the lower basement. When we finished our dinner we we're unable to contact our driver as there was no cellular service in lower basement. The valet was of no use, despite requesting, they did not send anyone to notify our driver. They do not have an announcement facility to notify drivers. I had to go searching for the car while rest of my family waited. 5 Star hotels MUST NOT assume that their guests will drive by themselves and should have a system to reach drivers when necessary.

A very nice place to stay and fits the bill as a 5 star perfectly. Very courteous and friendly staff. The breakfast spread is awesome and has something for everyone.
