In fact, I was lucky enough to find people and non-workers ... for me I travel 3 times a year with routes: Naples - Cagliari, Civitavecchia - Olbia, Civitavecchia - Cagliari with a disabled child, the staff never made me miss anything , always available and very kind.
Unfortunately, the ships of the Tirrenia / Moby company used on these routes are: old and dirty.
Centennial carpet and I dare not imagine those poor people who sleep in it many times.
Dirty smelly armchairs and the doors that go to the decks rickety and many times it would take a ram to get them open.
During the night in the cabins it is really difficult to sleep peacefully, and not due to the movement of the ship due to the sea conditions, but to the loud noise of the engine and the numerous, countless, continuous and annoying creaks.
We are not talking about bar prices at the levels of Porto Cervo, really exaggerated.
The real sadness of these ships is for those who have to charge their smartphone, tablet or PC have to fight with other passengers to be able to connect their cable to the very few sockets present throughout the ship.

Ship Bithia, boarding 20 minutes late on schedule and it can stay there.
