If there one thing that i cant stand is when you are not on time . If i told you 9 , i will make sure that im there at 8:45 or at least keep you informed about any delay . For a general service it has now been 2 days and i still have to walk where im going

This dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star. I had witnesses senior management screaming at staff with Fs and Bs in front of other customers. I was with my 6 year old and behaviour like this is uncalled for to talk to another human like an animal. If they can't treat their staff decently, how are they going to treat my car?! I definitely do not recommend this dealership, as its not child-friendly and is more like a sailors pub with the bad language than a Mercedes Benz dealer.

It s been two years going to Shiraz Auto and their service was just okay. However, this year I am very disappointed in their service they stole my wheelcaps and when I called them to ask if they forgot to put the caps back they denied the whole thing claiming that probably someone stole them and the sad part is I took pictures next to my car the day I collected it from the dealership and those pictures clears shows that wheelcaps were not placed. Instead they told me to buy caps my self. Which I feel is wrong and such an inconvenience for as a client.Honestly I will never take my car there let alone refer any of people I know because as I customer you are worse off because you pay for the service and they also steal some of the parts. God knows what else they steal.

I always buy my spares at Shiraz I did not like the service provided by the Indian guy at spares he is not a nice person 1stly I needed a rear brake pad globe and he said there is nothing wrong with the globe in my car I went home and the notice kept on coming up on the dash board yesterday I went again this time he sold me the globe I asked him who is going to assist putting it and he asked me where is my mechanic I was astonished by his reaction I went to Mookesh and he assisted me with a smile, that guy does not have customer service at al let alone good manners he
does mot know how to speak to customers. I like Shiraz and its management I must say he will cost u customers with that attitude.

The vehicles engine light illuminates and we contact Shiraz auto for advice, where they respond by saying there's a fault which needs to be attended to.

We park the car off and after a few days I contact the dealer to ask for a list of AMG workshops , and the response is that I must drive all the way to their workshop (at least an hours drive if traffic is kind) to check on the fault.

I of course was not born yesterday so made the phone calls to MB myself to find out which dealers have this AMG section which will assist me and after 20 minutes of back and forth with them, I finally get my answer that Menlyn has an AMG workshop.

Menlyn is a 23 minute drive for me in peak hour traffic.

So this is a major fail from Shiraz Auto and MB for poor service on a fault from a brand new AMG vehicle with just 13xxkm on the clock.

This dealership was first class in helping my find my car of choice.

I first went to Sandton Merc and the guys there don't know what they talk and you'll be wasting your time going there or possibly any other Merc dealership other than Shiraz Auto.

They even found me the model with the wheel I wanted (Sandton told me no stock in the country until june).

Highly recommended.
