Horrible company to work for. So many of the Stars are so unmotivated and did not care about their job whatsoever. Would walk around like zombies, never smiling. Working with other stars, they are completely useless. IST brings them in just so they can make money off of charging the client much more than what they re paying their employees. They sit on their phones No support from the site operations managers whatsoever, it seems like they are clueless as to how a company is run/managed.

My law firm suggested we use IST to investigate the computer devices of the person I was involved with in a lawsuit. Amazingly Ryan Horton searched 8 different devices and found all the evidence we needed to win our case! Judgement against the defendant resulted in a 201k jury win for me. Without this crucial evidence, we would never have won! When it comes to IT search, don't skimp, it can make all the difference!

I worked for them in downtown Miami at Vitas nearly a decade ago. Among employers I ve worked before and even since then they rank among the worst you can come across. The comments on here about cronyism, inadequate training, substandard technology, stingy pay, time off policy etc are true.

On another note their client at the time Vitas is equally a piece of work. All that marketing about how they re about compassionate care is bull. Their corporate location is riddled with the most brown nosing, backstabbing, neurotic people you can come across at a job.

The employees they have in our office haven't received a pay increase in 7 years. Not even a cost of living increase in wages. The same outdated computer hardware has been in place an equal amount of time and is in need of desperate attention, but is constantly ignored by management. All this despite the way they shower themselves in accolades over their technology (which is substandard, and their IT department is embarrassing at the best of times).

Area Managers have no clue what's going on in their sites --- how they should operate, or how the client might prefer things to be accomplished, but are happy to wave around their "I'm the Boss" flag when they show up once a quarter to check on their neglected, poorly trained, unmotivated staff members.

On the other hand, if you happen to be physically attractive or are shameless enough to brown nose the right people, you'll probably have a bright future in a workplace that uses blatant cronyism as it's foundation. (Best comment thus far.)

The people there are very friendly and caring. When it comes to the work they do, I feel like they take everything very seriously to make sure the job is done correctly. I m very happy to be part of this company. I have I d brain surgery and they understand. My manager Frank Ortiz is fantastic and very professional. He goes out of his way to make sure I am ok at work, and he is willing to work with me if I m having a bad day when my brain isn t at 100%. Almost every other company I ve worked for look for a reason to fire me or put me in a very uncomfortable position to the point where I want to quit because they simply don t care. IST Management is a fantastic company and I am very blessed to have found a company who cares about their employees.

Wow! I rode by a construction site on Moreland Avenue today and saw signs that read, "Future Home of IST Management Services". The building looks very impressive so far, so I thought I'd go online to see what kind of company it is. I hope this isn't the company name I saw on the signs because it'd be a shame to have such beautiful offices, but unprofessional people housed in them! The reviews are atrocious! I'd take it with a grain of salt if I didn't see so many negative ones. The reviews that say it's a great place to work, don't go into detail as to why and cause me to wonder how authentic they are. Hmmmm.....

SOP's. Site Managers. CoWorkers = IST Management Services, Inc.

If you're a new hire or potentially looking to work here, ask them in your interview what an SOP is and how it is used in the daily operations. Then ask "Why the company operates differently from its competitor. Thank me later. The SOP's are procedures and company protocols made up by anyone and everyone in the company - LITERALLY. Which I find to be the oddest way for a company to operate. I mean, how often do you hear of a company making up its procedures as they go along. I mean way to put 'winging it' into perspective. My worst experience so far while working with this company is how out-of-line your coworkers can be to each other. My coworkers explicitly showed me and each other disrespect upfront but when it came to "client face to face service" they were professional and respectful. When I brought this concern to IST Management's HR department, they launched an investigation and then concluded that I was just being 'sensitive' to the behavior and I should make a decision whether to stay or leave now because no one ever complained about that specific employee before! That pretty much implied that my concern was invalid and dismissed without consideration of my coworker's words and actions. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here! P.S. I started off as a regional star and then prompted to a receptionist - with a one dollar raise.
