Wir haben vor 2 Jahren Isocop Dachpaneele direkt beim Hersteller Isomec gekauft. Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Nach nur zwei Jahren im Einsatz zeigt sich ein schwerwiegendes Qualitätsproblem: Die obere Deckschicht der Paneele löst sich ab, was vermutlich durch das Ausgasen des PIR-Schaums verursacht wird. Obwohl es sich eindeutig um einen Produktionsfehler handelt, wurde eine Gewährleistung von Isomec abgelehnt. Der Kundenservice war in unserem Fall alles andere als hilfreich. Ich rate dringend vom Kauf dieser Paneele ab – schlechte Qualität und kein Entgegenkommen bei Problemen.
