Unfortunately every time ive tried to buy parts they dont have them, even have simple pc parts like graphics cards... nope.. always have to order ,and they are 3x more expensive than any where else
Needed special adapter for my android tablet and after much frustration at other stores in the area found these guys and they had just what I wanted. Seemed like they had lots of specialty items you wont find elsewhere.
As usual, we arrived in Kona with a problem at our new house setting up a computer, and a problem at the condo we own as a rental property. I made an appointment to have the new computer set up before we knew about the rental problem. Not only did our technician arrive promptly, he had to make a trip back to the store to pick up supplies that Dell had not sent with our new computer, and he was able to go with me to the rental problem and solve the internet access problem as well. Island Tech has been able to solve our technical issues since we first purchased property on the island, and I don't know what we would have done without them. They are the best!
Island Tech is the best computer repair store ever. Cindy and staff know their stuff, they are professional in every way. Their prices for services are more than reasonable; I recommended them highly! Lots of Aloha there too.
They had thermal paste, supprisingly hard to come by...
Couldn't be happier, every time I have a problem, which usually turns out to be minor, they get right back to me and explain, fix it for a reasonable price and I get to eat coconut shrimp at the Chinese bbq joint next door twice, once when I drop off, once when I pick up. Seriously, they know their stuff.
