As usual, we arrived in Kona with a problem at our new house setting up a computer, and a problem at the condo we own as a rental property. I made an appointment to have the new computer set up before we knew about the rental problem. Not only did our technician arrive promptly, he had to make a trip back to the store to pick up supplies that Dell had not sent with our new computer, and he was able to go with me to the rental problem and solve the internet access problem as well. Island Tech has been able to solve our technical issues since we first purchased property on the island, and I don't know what we would have done without them. They are the best!
