The gentleman from Island Environmental educated us about our problem in terms of immediate treatment and long term prevention. He was honest even when it didn t benefit him financially. He has been prompt in follow up service. We will definitely use this company in the future.

I called Charles with an immediate need without notice. Not only did he respond right away, but had one of his staff do a job within hours.. Tom did a great job btw as well.

Customer service is a lost art-form and Island Pest Control still has it! I had a few questions that my service guy could not answer and in about a half hour I received a call from the office with the information needed.
