My experience with the agent and broker was professional. Everyone including the title company helped me with my purchase. I see the lame complaints and have to disagree. I will recommend Atlantic Florida Properties to everyone. Don t believe the fake news .
Larry Fallo Broker is the most unprofessional Broker I ve ever worked for in my 40 years in Real Estate. I recently left his office but had my last closing with his office on April 6th. My Commission check was sent to his office along with his processing fees. He cashed both checks but never gave me my Commission check. He says it s in the mail. To date I haven t received it. He refuses to stop payment on it and issue me another check. He s playing games because I left his office. Has anyone else had this problem. I m going to proceed with Legal help. He gets a zero from me not a star.!!!

When I finally reached the " Broker" Larry, he refused to give me his last name, didnt want to hear about the crappy experience we had with one of their Realtors and then he topped it off by hanging up on me..

Great experience buying my first home ! Daisy Higgins was able to help me find the home of my dreams.
Very unprofessional realtor and group! Realtor has never given me the signed paperwork that I signed in October. Had one showing due to my property not being advertised on any of their social media as I was told it would. I asked to cancel as per our agreement and text that there was no cancellation fee and I could cancel at any time. At which time the realtor started to avoid my messages and had to call the company which is an answering machine. Long story short waiting for over a month for a cancellation form which still states I owe them a fee which was never agreed upon. Asked broker for a copy of when my listing expires and I cant even get that. Do not waste your time with this company. Realtor completely unprofessional sending me my cancellation form as a photo via text! NO email...
