I am customer for iSeva for last 4 years. The Service is good and Renewal is Fast. My Technical problem was followed up with IRCTC and resolved on priority. I appreciate the efforts by staff in solving my problem.

Due to IRCTC software change, I suffered one month for Ticket Cancellations. ISEVA did regular followup with IRCTC and ensured that all my tickets are cancelled and I get refund on Time.

plz attension all.its a froud company...i worked as customer support ....y...giving very bad services to the agents giving false inforamation to the agents...and making fake promising by providing them agency in two weeks but atleast its take 3-4 months minimum and dont providing the commisions to the franchise...plz avoid this kind of companys..it will b loss for u..
and spcially coming to employes they dont provide salary on time to every employee...
also they dedact amounts from salary without any such resons....
if u get any call letter plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz avoid the company.....request requet........thank u
