Kendyl did an INCREDIBLE job on my updo for my wedding, but that s not the only reason why she deserves a 5 star review. My now husband is active duty military and could not come home for our wedding due to the stop movement order. We had 3 days to plan a wedding by post and when I called there were no available appointments. When I explained my situation, Kendyl told me to come in at 8AM and she would do my hair (an hour before the salon opened). She offered to pick me up a coffee on her way in and was super friendly the entire appointment even though her 1 year old had been up all night. At checkout, I handed her my credit card and she told me it was on her because I had been through so much. I was absolutely blown away by her generosity. Not only did she do an amazing job on my hair, but she is a beautiful person inside and out. I highly recommend!

Donna Stokes is amazing! I have never easily trusted anyone with my hair, but its different with her....PERFECT every time!

I left this salon in tears yesterday. Back in March I paid $200 for a blonde balayage color and the same girl (Katie) ruined it yesterday. She told me I didn t need anymore highlights that I just needed a toner and a trim to upkeep it for now. After she toned my hair she admitted that she left it on for too long and my hair came out brown. She then tried to fix it by "stripping" my hair TWICE with bleach which damaged my hair and burned my scalp. It also didn't work. I told her I wanted it to stay blonde and I didn't like what happened and she got extremely rude and snatched my credit card out of my hand, swiped my card, then walked away. Not only did she ruin my hair but she was so rude and didn't try to offer a solution. I went in asking for a trim and a toner to cool the blonde and left as a brunette with a red tint. I'm waiting to hear back from the owner to see if they will resolve this issue.

If it were possible to rate 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for an updo for a military ball. I was called 1 hour before the appointment and asked if I could "come tomorrow because the stylist is running way behind".... tomorrow won't help me for an event that is today. I was then told she would talk to the stylist and call me back. She didn't call back so I called and was then told she would do my hair "because the stylist had no choice".

Then the stylist got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that a new client came in and ended up taking 2 hours longer and she wouldn't have time to do my updo. I asked if she could push back or reschedule a haircut (since she tried to cancel on me initially anyway) as my event was today. She told me she didn't feel comfortable doing that.

After a brief meltdown and 7 phone calls I was able to find another salon that did my hair for the ball. And did I mention about a month ago I made a hair cut appointment only to have the stylist text me the night before telling me something came up and she couldn't cut my hair and I would "just have to call the salon to see if someone else could do it"...which they couldn't.

I will NEVER return to this salon and I will let all of my friends know about my experience.

Kendyl cuts my hair. She is an amazing stylist. She is always a delight.

I needed my hair done for a military ball. Got an appointment right away, had my hair colored, cut and styled and it looked amazing! I totally recommend this place, it's a hidden gem, a bit hard to find but well worth it!

The salon is a hit or miss. Two of the stylists that cut/ did my highlights are talented and do a good job, a couple of them though I would never go back to. I like the atmosphere inside but that s about it!

While I've not received service directly from this proprietor, my wife loves being treated like the princess she is and the pampering that she receives from Kathy in particular. For that reason I think this place rocks!

Love, love, love this place!! Brooke does my hair every time and never disappoints!! Scheduling is easy and flexible. Service is reasonably priced and you're well taken care of; from complimentary coffee to waxing and lashes, they are the go to!

I love the chic feel of this salon, the decor and chairs with the stylists monograms on them are so cute!! It is a beautiful salon and the staff is incredibly sweet. I personally usually get my own hair done at another salon in Clarksville. However, I was showing my stylist a picture of the type of cut that I wanted my boyfriend to get and she recommended Nicole Gordon who had just moved over to Isabella Sophia! I contacted Nicole directly and she set up an appointment for my boyfriend for the next week. When my boyfriend, Josh, and I went to his appointment, our initial impression of Nicole was that she was extremely friendly! I showed her a couple of pictures of the cut we were interested in and she seemed really confident and excited. I went downstairs to Mildred and Mables to do some shopping while she cut Josh's hair. Once they were done, I came back upstairs and was thrilled with Josh's new haircut! He loved it, too. He said that she made great conversation and made him feel comfortable trying out his new look. We love Nicole and she will be our go-to from now on for his hair.
