If it were possible to rate 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for an updo for a military ball. I was called 1 hour before the appointment and asked if I could "come tomorrow because the stylist is running way behind".... tomorrow won't help me for an event that is today. I was then told she would talk to the stylist and call me back. She didn't call back so I called and was then told she would do my hair "because the stylist had no choice".

Then the stylist got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that a new client came in and ended up taking 2 hours longer and she wouldn't have time to do my updo. I asked if she could push back or reschedule a haircut (since she tried to cancel on me initially anyway) as my event was today. She told me she didn't feel comfortable doing that.

After a brief meltdown and 7 phone calls I was able to find another salon that did my hair for the ball. And did I mention about a month ago I made a hair cut appointment only to have the stylist text me the night before telling me something came up and she couldn't cut my hair and I would "just have to call the salon to see if someone else could do it"...which they couldn't.

I will NEVER return to this salon and I will let all of my friends know about my experience.
