I walked in and the lady was disrespectful and told me that didn t work for private home owners - they serve only Irvine Co. She could have said that with little bit courteous manner! I don t understand why do they hire and keep this Lady!

I contacted them two weeks ago regarding new home warranty information. But, I have not received any response. POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICES.

I came here with a friend for her appointment to pick out fixtures. This place can get very costly for all the upgrades added on. The fixtures and other options should come standard not 'options to add on".

When you buy a house from Irvine Company nothing comes with it. The models they show you is a scam, all the upgrades you have to pay for. I asked for floor upgrades they said $20,000 as if the house wasn't God dam expensive enough already. Like how cheap can you be!?
