We have been getting pictures made here yearly since 1997 or so. We absolutely love the place and Karen takes fantastic pictures. Staff has always been helpful and friendly.

I m very disappointed with this place. I ve had professional photos taken many times for my other children, my wedding, and other occasions. I reached out to Mr. Goforth and asked how much newborn photos would cost. He told me $180. He failed to indicate that this cost would not include ANY photos and this was simply to cover 2 hours of studio time. My son was 10 days old (already older than I had wanted him to be for our photos) when we had the photos taken. Mr. Goforth scheduled a time a few days later for me to come in and view the photos to tell me at that point that they do not provide digital images and you have to order any and all prints directly from them, and if you want low resolution files, simply for social media, they would be $25 per photo! So with the 22 photos I d chosen, on top of the $180 I d already paid, that would be a whopping $730 for 22 photos. I ve never even heard of such insanity. Now that my son is almost 2 weeks old, I have to find another photographer to take his photos. There was no apology, nothing from their end. I will never get those moments back of my son and he changes more and more every single day. I think they were deceitful in what they did and I would not recommend them at all. I will say, they did indicate they d give me a refund on the $180 that I spent; however, I haven t received it yet, so we ll see. Mind you, if I wanted digital photos in high resolution, once said and done, it would have cost over $2,000!! I ve never in my life heard of newborn photos costing this much. Complete and total rip off.

i had my senior photos done by Mrs. Goforth and they were amazing! the pictures were beautiful and everyone loved them! i brought in my clothes and she helped me pick out outfits based off what i brought, and her assistant was very helpful in steaming my dress and fixing my hair. they were super nice and helpful, would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for any kind of portraits!!
