Love working out in this local gym that has come a long way over the years.

Clean space. Equipment is well maintained and in good condition. Floor space is a bit crowded by the machines but nothing too extreme.

It doesn t matter the due date, it matters about the exact time they run your card. If founds are unavailable it s a 17$ charge. I m not a fan of it.

Sometime a little busy for my taste but it is easy to get a workout in at the time I go.

The guy running the desk is always nice and speaks when you come and go. Something not many businesses have anymore.

Has a kind of day care which helps if you have young ones. The pool is shallow but I don't swim so I don't know what you could use it for too much. Enough machines and free weights. Only has two row machines so you have to keep a watch out for a turn at times. The steam rooms are in the locker rooms. They do have classes, cost extra, and times posted.

I really wish they had a hot tub or indoor pool. Don t like that you can t swim during classes, even when in another in used lane. Classes seem to be at prime time when you would wanna go swimming. Five stars though because I love the staff friendly and helpful. I would like to see more yoga classes, the instructors are amazing! Really great staff overall honestly!

They have all the typical equipment including taming beds and a pool, but is all outdated.

Prices are outrageous! It would cost $132/month for my family. I dont understand why they wouldn't have a family contract available. No thanks, I'll just get my membership back at the College Station Rec Center

Great place to work out. Chuck and Susan make every effort to accommodate any issues that will arise. The price is also very affordable.

I only got a day pass bc I don't live in the area, but the staff was friendly, the facilities we're clean, and there was a private women's only work out area, which I really like. Great place to work out.

I miss this place now that I don't live in Huntsville. Great, no frills gym to pump some iron. Nice selection of free weights and standard machines. Friendly, accommodating staff.

When I see the few negative comments I just laugh. I ve been going to iron works for almost a year with none of those problems. The employees are superstars!!! They are funny, interactive, and welcome you at the door. I like the environment. It is not like most gyms. I am a powerlifter on the Shsu team, so when im not at practice I m at iron works and I can t tell the difference. I love how they play music, just in case your forget your headphones one day. They also allow chalk, slamming weights , and the occasional yell after you hit a PR. Along with that the have a pool, sauna, and indoor basketball court with the best attraction being the indoor turf field. The free weighs and machines are great. With the machine telling the new people how to use it, and the free weigt section for those more advanced. So overall ironworks is the best gym I ve been too since I ve been out of high school. 5/5 would recommend. Keep up the good work!

Great place... Just wish they had more activities for children.

Love this gym, it's never too crowded and they even have a second overflow location. I really appreciate the dry sauna after every workout. They have pretty much everything you need to get in shape. People complaining about how fancy it isn't are being very picky. The place is very clean and organized, I've never felt it was under par.

Poor customer service . The owner Blonde lady was on phone ignoring me in front of her for 15 minutes. She made sarcastic remarks at me later. The machines have no time limits so they are monopolized by females chatting endlessly to each other. The treadmills do not work as they should and never get repaired. Work out machines are very close to each other so it is easy to converse for hours while without work out for the chatty types. Overall, the young women come in only at certain times and availability is good if you're lucky. They sold too many memberships for a small place.If you like small social club with unlimited time on a machine, this is the place for you. ,

Run, bike, swim, and lift. Hit the sauna, hit the heavy bag, hit the ladies only room, if you wanna get away from the manly ridiculousness. Which is to say grunting. This place is nice and has amazing staff. Not exactly 24 hours but close enough.

My granddaughter goes to tumbling classes here they are a great place

Always have equipment available for use. May get busy during before and after work hours.

This gym is great! I wish I had known about it long before now. Lots of machines and equipment to choose from, and the staff know what they re doing - they re just both professional and efficient. I like the half basketball court too.

My happy place!! Great facility with great rates. Melissa is the best Zumba instructor ever!!! Love her classes. Friendly staff.....looking forward to the move into the new location

Plenty of free weights and machines. All the classes you can ask for and a generally helpful staff. The sauna is the best!! And one of the few lap pools in or around town.

Jonathan, Becky, and Alex are awesome and knowledgeable but the music sucks

Love my gym! The monthly rate is average. The only thing I would change, is I wish they included the locker rate in with the monthly rate. They have an area for women only, great classes like yoga and bootcamp, a heated pool, sauna, tanning bed, and plenty of machines. Everything is very clean, and members are encouraged to clean the machines after using them. The staff and members are friendly and very helpful.

WAYYYYY too crowded. The owners promised the new location would be big enough to accommodate all their clientele... they lied. If you like paying money to watch d-bags stand around, flexing and acting like idiots, this is the gym for you. If you want to workout, go to another gym.

I have been working out in IWHC for about 4-5 years. Place is always clean. All personnel has always a great attitute. Bootcamp and Extreme Classes coaches are the best.

Is a new location. Workout here several times a week.

Iron Works is a nice gym in Huntsville, TX with a variety of different classes at a reasonable price much lower than other city gyms.

Great work out environment and a very friendly staff.

This is a nice gym. If you show up for an evening class, you might have to park next door at Dollar General because the parking lot gets a little crazy. Employees are nice and the facilities are clean. I love coming here regularly for yoga class with Liz, she is an awesome instructor! I wish there were more yoga classes scheduled in the evenings, but I LOVE that you can get a class pass for only $5.00 + tax, and you don't even have to be a member to take the classes. I love coming here!

The people and everyone I have spoke too here even though I am a new customer has been helpful, friendly and the facilities are clean and very nice. I am glad I joined. I am looking forward to the FREE Zumba classes!

I go here almost every day, they have every machine you could need, and a girls area for all the girls who don't wanna be stared at

Love the place! Equipment is clean and maintained. They have great hours that fit most peoples schedule. Have wonderful aerobic and yoga classes. Trainers are friendly,well informed and patient. They have a separate womens area if you want to use that. They have lockers and nice dressing areas. Daycare is on site.WONDERFUL STAFF!!

I love working out here..lots of different classes and training.

Too expensive for what they offer which is a lack of free weight equipment as well as his matched equipment and general lack of space. Staff are inattentive and do not prppprop clean or manage facility. Only good staff members are some of the personal trainers.

This is probably the best place to work out here in Huntsville. The price is reasonable.
