Iron Systems has consistently broken my trust and lied, even refusing payment of PTO despite it being included in our contract. I finally had enough of them and moved to other employment, stay far away from this employer, they are not to be trusted.
They do not do the right thing by the contractors they employ to deliver services to their clients by any means. They say they are based in CA. but you will never deal with anyone who isn t in India. I wouldn t go as far to say this company is necessarily a scam but they are horrible in many ways to work for. Do not trust anything they say. I have been an independent contracted Systems Engineer for many years and have worked for dozens of companies who do what this company claims to and I can tell you over those years I have never once felt compelled to write a review like this. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
