From the President/owner throughout the company, this is a great group of people with a drive for quality work.

I am a marine combat veteran who was a employee of iron mechanical and I was working on the Pepperdine university new dorm project. I was discriminated against for being half white and Mexican and I did nothing wrong but yet I was let go by Terry Risse without any investigation into the matter. The person who discriminated against me is Bill Weller. And then not only did Terry risse bully me into signing a contract for my final check but it also made it clear that I could never apply for any job with iron mechanical or anyone who they have contracts for jobs or may have projects in the future. And nothing happened to Bill Weller the perpetrator. Because it was more profitable for Terry risse. This was last July and Terry risse breached his own contract by not giving me my final check in the amount of $1,105.77 that know with penalties it comes out to be $4,120.77. And because he refused to return my phone calls, emails and text. So I am retaining legal counsel to file against him and iron mechanical as well as Bill Weller. Because I have applied for several other employment opportunities with other companies at the Pepperdine university project and due to the fact of Terry's decision to allow discrimination and know defamation against me because Bill Weller has enjoyed dragging my good name and information about my character and military history by making false statements that I had a dishonorable discharge and that I had been incarcerated while in military. To which both statements are false. And due to these remarks he had diminished any future opportunities for employment because he said this and also that he had me fired for me lying about my military career and that is false. And then to top it off Terry Risse had his tax preparer try to bully me into giving him mu dd214 so that iron mechanical could receive a very large tax break. And then they sent false information to IRS that I received far too much money more then I really did receive. Terry Risse has made everything so very screwed up in my life due to this. I did nothing wrong but yet I am victim and I am being punished for this fact and Terry Risse is involved with the whole situation because profit he has overlooked what Bill Weller has done and continues to do. I asked him to be a man and just get ahold of me ti fix this and because he is too arrogant to say anything to me I'm going to file against him and iron mechanical and Bill Weller for discrimination and defamation .

From what I was able to gather from prior knowledge this old iron place looks or new place looks like a giant smelting operation so please let me keep looking and learning iron people at iron mechanical
