I joined 1 month ago and as of now it's great experience here. Work culture and infrastructure is cool and outside location is also very good. Loving to be here :)

It's in quite outer but overall it's a good organisation.

Pros: for freshers only
Cons:
1. Very low salary
2. Technical Interviewer asks about your ctc and offer which is not acceptable. If candidate salary is greater than him then he rejects.
3. Between interview, interviewer buy coconut water or things from vendor, very unprofessional.
4. Rubbish experience. I will not suggest to anyone to join this dukan.

The Company handles this Campaign so well across the platforms.

Most of the employees here are over-designated. Like, a PM in this company holds the skill set of a TL and a delivery manager of a PM.

There is nothing called Team Spirit in this company. Everyone is only concerned about their own role and how can they take care of this at a minimum effort, even if this approach increases pain for others.

Work, work and only work. No other activities are encouraged apart from work. No Friday Fun, occasional RnR, never even heard of anything like Team Lunch or Dinner across different projects/teams and you will wonder this is a Great Place to Work as claimed by the Organization.

If this is going to be your first company of employment, you must have enough dare, courage and will to pursue continuing a job. Good luck.
