We came for the Sunday brunch. Food was cold, not as many options as other brunches. Not satisfied.

For how busy they can get they manage it impressively.
Irish food and beer, live music, attentive staff, warm atmosphere. I'll be back.
Went on my own because I just moved to the area. Food was really good but got here early at about 6:00 and seating was already filling up. My waiter seemed to forget about me early on but like I said before when the food showed up it was very tasty.
Nice atmosphere. Food was delicious and well presented. They were able to provide accommodations for a party of 15 quite readily. Truly Irish dishes.
Amazing food! Try the Chicken Boxty if it sounds even remotely up your alley. Great ambience--the building feels a bit like Ireland inside.
This spot always delivers. They serve fantastic food for reasonable pricing, there are no long waits even when they are packed.
A must for Premier League games or world cup games. Great service. Wings are good.
Typical Irish City Bar. Food was good (chicken puff pie), beer selection was good (Blacksmith), John my server was great.
Classy restaurant with full service classy bar, good food, plush atmosphere.
Loved this place back when I came to DC for a St. Patrick's Day celebration a few years ago. One of the best places to get a pint!
Jameson, Bailey's cream dropped into Guinness many times was nice farewell salute to David James Fitzgerald. Top that with very pleasant and tasty buffet in the backroom, the send-off was completed with rounds of stories and laughter.
Food and drink is over priced for what you get. Service can be a swing or miss (my waitress was actually spot on this past time). But the real problem is the "Bro" atmosphere - dude bros, frat bros, etc. You wanna go out to have a good time. Coupled with the other elements, I've finally given them their last shot and wasted enough money as is. Plenty of better Irish Pubs in the Arlington area to choose from.
Fun Irish bar. Great atmosphere. And the staff was on top of their game. PS the crab dip was fantastic.
This restaurant offers superb service and delightful meals. My favourite restaurant in town. The drinks and food served quick and the rates are fair. I recommend this place.
Show up for a Chelsea game (or any other premier league match) and enjoy the excitement as the bar fills up. Great breakfast and pub fare, solid beer selection, and good vibes.
Great for groups, receptions, private functions, and especially sporting events.
Loved the Brunch here! They provided an atmosphere and start of one the best Father's Days I've ever had!
Your neighborhood Irish pub with great happy hours and viewing parties for sporting events. DC United games are played here. Decent Irish fare too.
I ordered infused salmon . I was a little disappointed my salmon was dry . I had french fries which were soggy and nasty and were wet and then I also had a baked potatoe which was hard as hell and my fork couldn't even get the potatoes out . My condiments such as cheese , bacon bits, chives etc look like they were sitting in a container of an old refrigerator for weeks .
Seems like a great hang out. Perhaps a bit busy/loud to be genuine other than in the decor. They didn't have a huge selection on tap but they had the ones that count for this genre of venue. Some servers could benefit from being more friendly. Can't agree with others in that it is laid back. Didn't try the food so can't comment on that. Prices on draft are only competitive considering the area the bar is located.
Everytime I visit Arlington this is the place I go they usually have live music and the staff and vibe in general is great
We ve lived here a month and count ourselves regulars. We were sad to see that RiRa had closed down, and then we found Four Courts - great for a social distanced evening of Magners or Guinness and yummy burgers.
Good food, great service, and great environment. Would recommend
Chill Irish bar with live music on the weekends. Their wings are pretty good and they pour Guinness the correct way.
Ask for one of the Walsh brothers, they will take great care of you. Fantastic drinks and traditional Irish food at reasonable prices considering the area.
Great spot for a quick lunch and some drinks. Looks like it would be a cool place to visit at night as well for drinks.
This place is surely one of the most pleasant place in the neighborhood. Always when I come there I am remarkably pleased. They preserve their high standard service and the highest level of dishes they serve. You can never go wrong with this place. Very recommended.
Our favorite place in the area! Patio is spacious and shaded, staff is friendly and attentive, and great pub fare.
Fantastic beer selection at one of the best bars in town with super-attentive bartender service. The restaurant is decent with a broad-enough menu selection for an Irish pub. I have been going here off and on for more than 15 years and have yet to have a bad experience.
Food was Luke warm. Wait staff was excellant. Atmosphere was enjoyable.
There are some great servers here who remember you. One of the few places I'll venture to Virginia for.
Waiter was terrible. He took over 35 minutes to bring bill. Walked away to help another custimer while I was talking to him.
Interesting little bar...multiple rooms, live music, private parties...16oz white claws if that's ur thing
Great place for a last minute drink before the movies. Great atmosphere.
Even though it's a nice, warm pub with live music on Saturday night, the restaurant service is a mixed bag. Several times during eating my dinner, I was made to feel uncomfortable by waiters coming to check on my plate, to see when they could take it away.
We held a catered event and the food and service were exceptional. Never hesitate to have your event at Four Courts. We return again and again and recommended it to others!
Reasonably priced comfort food and friendly professional service.
Great place for groups. Good food, lots of monitors if you want to follow sports and small enclosed areas for your group.
Updated: The corned beef was excellent, as were all of the accompaniments (mashed potatoes, cabbage, carrot puree, etc.) The service always ranges from fair to above average, but be prepared to wait a while even when they aren't that busy. All in all, a treat that I always look forward to.
Pretty decent Irish Pub. On a Saturday night there was a good crowd, live music, and various college football games playing on the TVs. Standard selection of beers and liquor. For a fee, the bar will hang a tankard on the wall that is reserved only for you. It is a neat loyalty program, which earns you discounts on drinks.
My band used to play the open mic here years ago, and I'd never met a more friendly crowd of bartenders and servers. Pretty typical pub fare on the menu. The only real distinguishing feature is the service and the beer and whiskey selection.
Went there to watch the Formula 1 race at 9am. They were playing soccer on all the TVs but changed one for us! The food was prompt and delicious. The service was friendly and the soccer fans were also great
Laid back Irish sports pub. Good daily happy hour deals and specials. Monday night Trivia is a lot of fun.
So so beer, serve their Guinness too warm, if that's how you prefer it. The food can be hit or miss. The safest dishes are their Irish fares. Stay far far away from the nachos.
It's a bar with decent beer and good food; what more can I say?
Better than a typical Irish pub, but it's still a dark, greesy, bar with very average food and good beer.
My first time there was at karaoke. I couldn't believe how rude the patrons are during karaoke. There was no room for a crowd that big.
However, the kj was amazing and the staff were as attentive as they could be for the amount of people in there. Great food.
Great lunch specials and good spot to watch soccer matches.
Tucked quietly in a secluded spot in Arlington, Virginia, Ireland's Four Courts is a cozy Irish pub that has no shortage of atmosphere and great food. The Shepard's Pie is particularly tasty, and I'll be back there the next time I get a chance to visit the area. Highly recommended.
Had a beer and some HH appetizers. Found the boneless chicken tenders to be terrible, but a fun place to go for a beer.
Great prices and great food. Usually loud and has live music all the time. My go to food: Pot pie, Sheppard s pie, wings (inferno and doubled fried).
This place deserves a 6/5 rating.
Trivia on Wednesday nights, terrific wings and sliders. Great neighborhood, locals-only, spot. Beer selection is terrific and orange crushes are served on the patio. Patio outdoors has plenty of seating and several tvs. Service is quick and staff are friendly!
Love this place. Friendly atmosphere, solid food, soccer on early every weekend. Feels like you're in Ireland.
Great atmosphere and great service! The beer selection was average and we didn't eat, but the service was really good!
