This is specific to service department. I don't love the system with the giant bay that you have to pull into, but they are reasonably priced for a dealer, and the waiting area is the best I've ever seen.

Great people just couldn't come to an agreement to get a deal done. Ask for Brad Dixon. He had 2 people i front of me and i dtill waiting for him. He is the best.
Audi service is great! Greg and the rest of the service writers are top notch, super friendly, and try to make the visits as quick and comfortable as possible. Use them all the time.
Bought our first new car here a few months ago. Important details of pricing and financing were not clear when we went to buy. I don't know if this was accidental, or part of their strategy. We felt we were being taken advantage of, so we walked away and reconsidered whether this was the right car, dealer, and transaction for us. Ultimately, we came back, they apologized, and we got the car we wanted for a fantastic price. There are good people here, but they're trying to make a buck just as you are trying to get the most for your hard-earned bucks.
Excellent service from my salesperson JC Bernabel, his Sales manager Mike Walker and Jared from finance for approving the facilities and all the same day in less than an hour and a half I had everything approved, they are a very helpful staff and the best of all is that they brought my vehicle to my city for more ease. I will continue to recommend them with pleasure.
You spoke with my wife at length over the phone regarding our experience with your service department last week. The situation was too involved to highlight here, but I know you heard our side and will speak with those involved. There's really nothing additional to do or say as we will never return for service.
One Star is way to generous (but you need to pick at least one to leave a review) ,,, I had my WRX in for a routine service (oil change & tire rotation) and experienced the worse service I've ever encountered anywhere. And then to boot, the Service Manager reached out via email to try and address the poor service, but after me sending numerous email responses (as he'd requested) and leaving maybe 10 messages (so far), I've yet to receive a call back. So the actions of the Service Manager seem to permeate down to how the service department works ,,, un-extraordinary.
This is the second time I am leaving the service department and I am having problems with tire pressure. It happens only when they rotate the tires so now I have to loose $ from taking time off work to get it fixed
I visited the Ira Lexus location in Danvers and it was a great experience! Picked up an RX and the staff were all so wonderful and very professional. Hunter helped with the specs and tech review in and around the whole car. He's very knowledgeable and explains things very thoroughly. Burt, the sales professional, was so sweet (he had a bow placed on my car) and he is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership!
Richie Morgan who was my sales person was great...dealership is very busy so be prepared to wait. Bought a pre owned car (2016) which was supposed to be detailed and didn't appear to be. Had to forgo the inspection sticker because it would have been another hour wait..
Took them 20 minutes to print the new car sales agreement that we had an appointment to purchase just to get started while we sat on our hands instead of having it prepared before we arrived. Many unnecessary delays later it took over two hours to complete the purchase where the details had already been agreed.
I would like to thank Willy Moy, Market Director for Ira Motors, for responding quickly and effectively to a problem I was having with another Group 1 Automotive dealer. I am looking forward to interacting with Ira again for my future service.
Not a good deal place. They offer u the first price for leas that is nonsense and after that they dropped the price by $120. Steal not a good leasing price.
Aiman Varoqua is the only person I ever want to buy a car from. He is professional and personal. He is always true to his word and makes the car buying experience easy. We also worked with Kenny in finance and he did a terrific job. Give Aiman a raise he really is the best!
Service with a smile. Competent, friendly employees make the service experience manageable. Good communication habits, they go out of their way to make the customer comfortable.
Too notch service, as always! I love that I can deal with the same person who knows me & my car's history. I always leave feeling well taken care of. :)
A few very nice irish lads with balaclavas and bullet proof vests sold me a car, ive yet to open it, i towed it back home! cant wait to take it for a spin!
We went to three Subaru dealers in a day to get quotes on a lease for the new Ascent. This was far and away the worst one. Salesman was pushy and old school. We ended up going with Subaru of Wakefield, but Subaru of North Reading was a very close second. Ira: you need to adapt.
I have been to the dealership many times and in fact I actually bought my car here. The service is always top notch. I have never had a problem with any of the sales people but I did have one issue with a service manager last year. Usually everyone here is very professional and works to the best of their abilities to help customers with their problems, but I did run into one service manager who I thought was a bit unprofessional. I took my car to service last year and there were no problems with the vehicle. It was just a routine service that I do twice a year. I left my car with the service manager , who when we were conversing was very disinterested and seemed very tired. I absolutely had no problem with this as I understand that she probably deals with dozens of customers a day. Even though her demeanor and attitude were a bit unappealing, that did not affect my thoughts on this dealership or my feelings toward the service here. The service manager in this case was unprofessional because after I pick up my car I received an email from her. This email was sent from her personal account (not authorized by the dealership). In this email she explained that recently a number of customers had given her a bad rating and so she wanted me to give her a good review so that her rating wouldn't drop. I think that this was unprofessional. She was not particularly welcoming or helpful. I did not even get a sense of her wanting to help me. I don't think that she should have sent me an email explaining why she needed a good review from me. As a customer, I have a right to give you a review based on how my experience was. If she received a negative review from one person then she should change her approach when it comes to working with other customers. Like I mentioned, other than this one negative experience I have never had bad customer service here before. Just last week I brought my car in for service and I had a great experience. Sometimes I think that you get lucky with some service managers and unlucky with others. But overall, I think that this dealership is really great and if you need to get anything done for your car you should come here. Their service is quick and thorough.
I had commented over a year ago how Michael Coco. the GM at Stratham BMW stepped in and honored a deal that his salesman and sales manager had tried to change. I was very happy with them at the time. Unfortunately they sold me an imaginary car.
Stratham BMW again showed their lack of professionalism by calling me seven weeks later, yes seven weeks, to tell me that they could not get the car as promised. They effectively took me off the market for all of that time.
Any favorable post I gave them is out the window. I wouldn't even consider doing business with these guys, especially salesman Frank Albert and GM Mike Coco, they both lied to me outright. I also will not take my car there for service. I'll travel instead.
I ended up going to BMW of Peabody, Massachusetts (even though I live minutes from Stratham) and dealt with salesman Mike Harring. I was able to work out a deal in ten minutes, get exactly what I wanted, a year newer (2020 vs 2019) and for the same price.
I bought my newest car here and the experience was exceedingly positive. This visit was to repair a tire. While the service department was friendly, it took an excessive amount of time to complete the repair. To their credit, even though tires are one of the few things not covered by my warranty, they did not charge me for the repair because it took so long to finish.
