Today, I received a call from this company - IPSOS, an international marketing research company with offices in Kuala Lumpur. They are appointed by CIMB Bank to conduct a survey to collect customer opinions for improvement on CIMB banking experience and future development on new products based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) techology and other related banking products in the future. Their staffs show their professionalism and they did not ask for sensitive information such as banking details etc.
They kept calling all over the weekend to answer some surveys. No one wants to be bothered on the weekend. Will file a complaint with the PDPC.
