Family and Nursing Care provided very good caregivers and always were flexible with our schedule to make sure they were there when we needed them. Very positive experience.

Family & Nursing Care provided outstanding care givers for my 94 year old parents after my mother fell and broke both arms. Professional, trust worthy, friendly and caring. Plus, I worked with Tyler at the agency who was 5-star.

I used Family & Nursing Care for a few days when I came home from the hospital after knee replacement surgery. I live alone and their considerate and caring workers were life savers. I usually do not like strangers in my home but these women were so charming and helpful I was sorry to see them go. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends who have h ad the same experience.

Both the daytime caregiver and the night shift caregiver are outstanding and devoted. They bring a wealth of experience, patience and knowledge but especially their devotion to elderly patients.

This company has saved our family from a dire situation!! My beautiful, almost 92-year old mom had some daily help from another company that decided to no longer be available to her independent living facility. Family and Nursing care came to the rescue! We are so thrilled with the fabulous staffing, the regular communications to make sure we know everything that is happening with my mom, the expert care and kindness and, above all, a totally professional approach that we can all count on! And, of course, my mom is absolutely in love with every caregiver!!! We couldn't be happier!!!

My dad had early stages of dementia, along with a host of other health issues he had been battling for years. My step-mother was his primary caregiver, and she got some respite twice a week with a caregiver referred by Family & Nursing Care. This situation made it possible for my dad to stay at home until the day when my step-mother spiked a fever, fell, and had to go to the hospital for a few days. Without her, my dad got disoriented and started to fall apart forgot to take his meds, to eat and drink, lose track of time. Luckily, Family & Nursing Care was able to fill in the gaps with caregivers to help keep him fed, oriented, and even drove him to visit my step-mother in the hospital. Additionally, they referred care for my step-mother when she came home from the hospital so she could recover fully and not resume her caregiving role immediately. Later, when my dad went into hospice, Family & Nursing Care was there again with caregivers to help keep him comfortable during his last few days. Family & Nursing Care helped us through a lot of different situations and we are so thankful for the fact that they were there for us every step of the way.

We started with another agency but switched to FNC because 1) a representative came to the rehab hospital and spent about an hour with us discussing what they offered, and 2) they use a third-party billing company, so that I don't have to worry about paying the caregivers directly and then sending them 1099s at the end of the year. The billing company handles all that and also sends statements to our long term insurance carrier, so that my administrative work is minimal. FNC has always provided well-trained, professional CNAs, and it has always handled our special requests quickly.

Family and Nursing were very professional and attentive to all our needs when we needed help with our Mom. Amie and Beatrice were her main caregivers and they easily became a part of our family because of the loving care they showed her. We are so appreciative of everything they did for her.

This company is a disaster. We believed them when they said they would staff us with aides and instead of doing that, they left us without caregivers and with lots of excuses. When a loved one is in the midst of dying, that is the last thing you want to have happen. They claim 24 hour emergency service, but it is a sham -- just more excuses why nothing is being done.

We started using Family and Nursing care for our parents starting about 20 years ago. The services they provided exceeded all expectations. Needless to say, knowing our parents were in good hands took a lot of pressure off of us.

A few months ago, it was my turn to ask them to help me after a 9-level spinal fusion. I was a mess due to an infection. I had their help both at home and in the rehab facility.

Over several months we had 3 different caregivers. Each one was well qualified and wanted to give me their best care.

We will continue to recommend Family and Nursing Care to our friends and relatives.

Family and Nursing Care were life savers. Everyone I spoke to was super responsive and helpful and understood the urgency of my situation. They were able to find an overnight caregiver for me within hours. And I can t say enough good things about our caregiver, Tima. She helped us get through a very stressful situation with grace and ease. I don t think our family would have been able to handle the situation without her. Big thanks to the entire team.

I highly recommend Family & Nursing Care! We made the mistake of initially choosing a different company. After enduring an endless stream of inattentive (sleeping, etc), and downright odd caregivers from that other company, I called Family & Nursing Care. They provided perfect fit caregivers who are kind, caring, and above all - attentive! It is so wonderful to finally have peace of mind that our mother (who is a high fall risk) is safe and well cared for! The office staff is very professional, friendly, and committed to customer satisfaction. Also worth noting that 24/7 care is now provided by just 4 people who provide continuity in care; the other company was sending 6 people and often sent substitutes/replacements.

I'm very satisfied with Family & Nursing Care. When I first called about home care I got results almost immediately. The caregiver who arrived that same day, Cheryl, was a pleasant surprise, intelligent, friendly, caring, patient, and always helpful, often coming up with (good) ideas on additional ways she could be of assistance. She's also fun to converse with on a million different topics.

F&N has a good, user-friendly system for paying online. No need to write and mail checks. Based on that, and on the outstanding caregiver I've had, I'd immediately recommend Family & Nursing to anyone.

Family and Nursing Care has provided extraordinary support to care for my mother. My mother is in home hospice and requires extensive care. F&NC providers have handled all of her needs, especially with feeding and ensuring that each bite of food is swallowed correctly. This requires extreme patience. I would recommend F&NC without reservation!

Family & Nursing Care is great! I highly recommend them. The care givers are cheery, knowledgeable and compassionate. The administration keeps us informed of any changes in a timely manner, and makes heroic efforts to get replacements if care givers call out at the last minute for emergencies, even on the weekends.

Love, love, love this company!! They treated both of my parents who are elderly with so much compassion and love. We started in March of 2013 with Family & Nursing Care and discontinued in July 2016, when my dad moved into a Retirement Community. I can't say enough good things about this company! I went for an interview. They ask you all these questions about dementia/ alzheimers patients as if you're supposed to remember all this stuff like it was yesterday. Irregardless if you haven't worked with anyone with these illnesses in awhile. they don't give you a book to study. or a video to watch. you're just supposed to know. these people are not equal oppurtunity employers. they're very racist and a waste of time. not friendly at all....

We would not have been able to care for or keep my father at home as long as we did without the help and support of Family & Nursing Care. They have a very professional and caring staff and I would recommend their services.

After my mother was injured in a fall and needed 24/7 support at her assisted living facility, Family & Nursing Care was able to bring in their excellent staff on very short notice. They went above and beyond to ensure their staff complied with all the COVID testing requirements of the facility. Most importantly, the caregivers were capable and kind individuals who helped mom with her recovery.

After my husband had emergency surgery, followed by a long hospital stay, in the summer of 2016, we were guided to an agency which let us down in many ways - not answering the phone, changing caregivers without telling us, "sending" caregivers who did not show up.
Family and Nursing Care was our next stop - and this agency has been A++ all the way. Always responsive. Always helpful. Always sending caregivers who are patient, pleasant, compassionate, well trained - they know what to do. Very little turnover. What a relief.
