Very fun place to be! Lots to do for kids and adults alike. Even if you don't have kids. It is still worth a trip. There is fudge sold in the shop on the main road. (The main road is inside. For those that haven't been there.) A bar with nice drinks and decent food. It is definitely worth the time.

I found it more enjoyable during the week. There happened to be less people and the bowling and other areas were more available.

This place was INSANE! I absolutely loved the indoor boardwalk ambiance. Complete with basic arcade games, fair/festival games with prizes, and amusement park style rides. Great place to take your munchkins on a cold day and still get that "outdoor playtime" feel.

The concert venue itself is very nice. There is a bar on each side to cut down on lines with an additional one at the entrance. However, the concert that I went to in the very least, was strange because you had not only adults there but also a lot of kids. Just keep that in mind before coming here!

Lets face it. Iplay America is beautiful inside and the children have a ton of fun. I hosted my daughters 5th birthday at Iplay despite the hefty penny, and the food was atrocious. Considering you are not allowed to utilize any vendors but them, I was expecting for the food to be good/decent. Instead food was cold and borderline not-eatable. If you dont care for the food and the high cost, than I would give it a go.

Moderately fun....putting off the insanely high prices and the "bundles" which don't give you the full experience. The "non redemption" arcade games (which is pretty much everyone of them except for a couple run down 2005 racing games) were boring and dull. the rides were for little kids and the go karts took forever to get into and only went around the insanely boring and short track about 8 times. The laser tag was way to easy but didn't have a winner anyway so there was no point. Definitely will not be returning

Omg omg I want my birthday here! This was not what I expected. Not like Chuck E Cheese. Not like Dave N Buster. But better! It was like a Jersey Shore Boardwalk experience but indoors and for kids. I came here for a 6 yr old's birthday and left wanting more. Party room had a bar with mimosas and Sangria. Yes it's a kids party but yes parents need to chill too. The kids were able to bowl and get prizes based on the amount of tickets then we play lots of arcade games. I had my ice coffee at their own booth and an old fashioned hot dog with fries. Best indoor experience so far. I regret not playing in their laser tag arena, which would have been sick!!!

Having visited here several times I can say you will never leave disappointed. There is a great selection of arcade games and small rides. They generally have packages to buy ride and arcade tickets. They also have a nice bar area with billiard and shuffleboard tables. It can get very loud when it s crowded but that s to be expected at a place like this.

This place is not worth the money. Everything is so expensive. The games suck. Even the rides. I couldnt go on the slow go kart ride for being to short when im 12. And kids 7 years old got to go. Do not waste your money by coming here.

Save yourself the trip, and take your children to Dave and Buster's instead. This place is expensive. I left feeling ripped off. Not worth the drive or the money that you will drop. The place is just not worth it.

Terrible customer service. My 3yr old son and 2 yr old godson refused to go on any rides after we purchased them unlimited rides wristbands. After 40 mins of trying to convince them to go on they settled on the baby rides that take credits so I decided to ask if we could put the wristband money towards a game card instead. The cashier asked for my receipt and it seemed like it would be no problem; however the supervisor came out and stated that due to the length of time that had passed all he could do was give us 10 credits. Clearly he is in the wrong line of business and doesn't have kids of his own because if he did he would know they are unpredictable. I will not be coming back to this establishment. There are too many other businesses that can get my money because they know how to treat their customers.

Got kicked out for not drinking in the pool area. Employee named Edwin told us we couldn't be there and we would be put in the restaurant area. Got in my face as well. I will never show my face in that terrible establishment ever. You can count on that

It was pretty ok here. They definitely follow the proper procedures during this pandemic by practicing social distancing and cleaning the rides immediately after someone uses it. I love that. They also check your temperature at the front when buying tickets. We came on a Sunday when it wasn t that crowded. The place was clean. They have an indoor roller coaster, several rides for small children, racing cars, laser tag and plenty of arcade games.

However, the food sucks. My bf (THANKFULLY) traded his cheeseburger meal with me for my penne a la vodka meal because it was gross. Overall, the kids had a good time & I like the atmosphere.

We went for a birthday party on Saturday 3/2 and had a GREAT time. It was moderately crowded for a Saturday, lines were good, and we easily moved through the building. We had a good host/guide (Matthew) that took the kids (about 20) around to all the main rides, they basically had line priority, made sure they rode together as a group. Laser looked fun, we watched from outside. Once we were done, the kids had pizza and juice and (tasty) wings for the adults. Had cake and sang Happy Birthday. Wait there's more, after the party, we got unlimited wristbands for more rides and play cards for the games. The 4D theater is AWESOME, I mean like really INCREDIBLE, I'm certain I had more fun than the kids. We will definitely be returning again.

What I didn't care for-the RIDICULOUS cost for coat check ($2) or the tiny lockers ($3). Also the bathroom could of used a little attention. It wasn't gross but it definitely needs hourly cleanups on a busy day like Saturday. Some of the ride operators and prize counter workers could stand to fake a smile while working, especially when adults are around. Kids don't notice or care but their parents do.

This place is awesome! The Groupon makes it really inexpensive place to bring the kids. And it's indoors so perfect for when it's raining or snowing outside. They have Go Karts! A mini roller coaster. Arcades and food. Kiddies rides too. Clean and well kept too. A 4D theater is here too. A mini bowling alley for the little ones.

Great place to go on a date or take the famz. Food was delicious and the games were fun. iPlay credit card made the experience soo much better than flicking quarters in the machines. Beware of frozen games, they'll take your money but that's expected at any arcade and besides they were few and scarce. If you're willing to find any employee they'll refund you. Pleasant place and very clean. The rides are no 'Six Flags' but with a mini rollercoaster, lazer tag, race track and 4D theater, I got more than my fill. Did I mention it's ALL INDOORS work A/C. :D Warning: easy to go overboard and spend triple digits.

Spent over $600 for the party. It's fine just that I feel the parents of the birthday boy or girl shouldn't have to spend more money for a BRACELET to go on rides with the birthday boy or girl because they need an adult to go with them cause of a height thing. They should understand and include it...omg ITS A BRACELET!!!!!

$$$ good quality entertainment but the three dollar signs is to let people know how much it would cost them to come. Playing arcade games is where it's most expensive and overpriced if you ask me. Food is basic fast food burgers, hot dogs, pizza, cheese steaks. The fries were very good though. Kids enjoyed the rides.

Doooope. Many options for fun. The location is huge, almost like a cool Vegas lobby/boardwalk amusement park. Although they are not big, they do have a roller coaster, go cart track and bumper cars.

We came here on a Monday the day our eldest daughters birthday landed on. As for a teenager this place was amusing to her and the kids, she was ecstatic from the moment she walked in. It s an indoor amusement park, with a roller coaster, arcade, bowling alley, go karts, kite flyer ride, skyscraper; literally an indoor city with so much More. There are rides for smaller children to adults to get on with the kids. It was plain entertaining for the entire family!

It's a great place to go, it's like an indoor boardwalk, games...video games... rides... and of course food. Plenty to do for kids and adults. It's always busy ..but the lines for the rides are not long at all. They have go carts, bumper cars, roller coaster, and laser tag.

Very bad experience as a first timer here. BEWARE of ur wallets, as everything is so very expensive, no value for money- highly disappointing. Since we were not sure, if this place is good for toddlers, we called before to check & they told its good for toddlers and told wristbands are $12. Only after coming in we realized we hardly get anything for $12. The lady at the counter at the front desk did not want to explain anything, all she said was buy wristband(expensive one) for your toddler & only 1 parent will get half price wristband to accompany the kid in rides.

Wristbands for hardly 6 rides was soo expensive & the worst part, parent without the wristband should throughout just keep standing. Although there were hardly any one in the rides, we asked if both(parents) can sit- all women operators were kind of rude and told only one with the wristband. Men operators were polite and generous enough. Boring rides as no people at all, most of them were at the arcades. That s wen we realized we were cheated big time.

Later decided to play few arcade games, once again had to approach the lady at the counter. We asked her approximately how many credits each game might cost, she never answered. Inturn just asked how many credits we want & asked us to pay. Later we go in to see, even a very basic game costs $3-$4. Again worst part, u hardly win anything much. Waste of money, no fun at all. Went to redeem points, again goodies are so highly priced, not many good choices.. Altogether a very unhappy experience.. Omg, Chucke e Cheese s is any day much better- fun for both toddlers & parents and so economical comparatively.

This place has a cool concept and is huge when you consider restaurant and top swing are all part of it. Prices to ride were ok, different tiers for age/height restrictions. Felt 2 tier wrist band for 22.99 could have been a lil cheaper for what was available. Arcade games all decently priced...most 2 credits..(.50 cents a credit) some 4. There is boardwalk games...avg $3 (6 credits) to play. Didnt gdt food, but pricing was not overly priced. Lots to do. Offer season pass which definitely seems like a value if you live near by. Only problem was they were short staffed and gave me lame excuses to why they could rotate ride operators. There was 4 kiddie rides and only 2 had long lines. Asked for a manager (which no one seem to be able to get a hold of one) fonally one showed up and gave me an excuse of 2400 kids being there today from camps. I asked arent the camps pre registered, which they were, i recommended they take thatbinto consideration when scheduling to account for call offs. Definitely cross training opportunity in staff since the games had almost 2 ppl.per station and hardly anyone playing. Look like poor management of staff from my prospective. Would go back, kids had an awesome time

This place is awful, came here with my son.Let s start with the rip off pricing structure. Pure scheme.

A lot of games were worn, unplayable and the buck hunter game just ate money. My son got denied laser tag because the kid running it couldn t read a color coded height chart.

2 bartenders there when I went and the place was dead. I sat there for 5 mins waiting to get a drink while they goofed around.

Save your money, time, and frustration. Just avoid

Have been to better places. My 6 and 7 year olds were bored quickly. Even though iPlay America has a variety of entertainment options, everything is too miniature in size to enjoy it for older kids. Take your kids elsewhere.

This place was gigantic, go carts, small roller coasters, video games, and tons of other things for people to do here. Was a little expensive and the food is what you would expect from an amusement park. But, otherwise a great indoor place to bring the kids.

This indoor amusement park is geared towards the tween set, with teens potentially boring quickly from the attractions. That said, it had enough to keep kids busy for 3-4 hours. The setting is clean and rides seem to be in good condition. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Only had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, despite how crowded it was.Great food and service and the best sugar free cheesecake I ever tasted.I'm guessing it was made on the premises.Only a cheesecake that good, could be homade. The chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries, were good, too.
