Awesome building looks extremely gorgeous no matter at day or night. It is the significant attraction where tourist must go. The only down falling part is that visiting time is limited, and you need to go with same group of people (divided by the pass wearing at neck) to visit and leave together. This is understood for controlling the people amount at 86/F, but time was counting at 83/F for buying souvenirs as well, so it was a bit rush for buying the pictures and sending out the post cards. By the way, all baggages can be kept at entrance.

A masterpiece building comprising 88 floors constructed with meticulous planning. Although it's 19 years old, It still reflects the cultural heritage of Malaysia.

The Petronas Towers, also known as the Petronas Twin Towers, are twin skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. According to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat's official definition and ranking, they were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004 and remain the tallest twin towers in the world.

The height of the building measures at 451.9 meters and was inaugurated in 1999.

Amazing experience, it was my dream to visit these towers every since I saw the movie Entrapment. Best to buy tickets as early as possible in the day to book the slot that is most suitable for you timewise. The towers are very well maintained and the view is amazing and it just felt great to do that walk over the bridge. 1 thing though is that the toilets were in very bad shape. Hoping that the property would take this into consideration.

Beautiful twin towers seen during the day and night. Get there early to avoid crowds and you can even buy a fish eye lens for about 5 for your smart phone from guys outside the tower. You can get some great shots from nearby rooftop towers or just across the road from the towers. Our stay was short and we didn't get to go up the towers. Book in advance. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the shopping malls too.

One on my bucket list I had to visit this amazing engineering marvel. It's big, it's huge no sorry it's humongous (though not like Burj Khalifa in Dubai) it has its own charm. The two formula one cars at the entry steal the show i say. Please visit this place and buy tickets in Advance.

Petronas twin tower is the main landmark of Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia, so no wonder every single time this place always fully loaded by tourists. That's why it's a bit difficult to get the best angle to take picture. But still, I think the best time to visit this place is in the evening when the lights start to aglow. There are many people that offer a photography service that can help you. There are no more alternative things or activity to explore around the location except taking some selfies or taking a walk around

A wonderful place to spend your evenings in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with your friends and family.. the musical fountain with different colors in front of the building is blissful in the evening.. spent a quality time both in the afternoon and evening and still feel like I want to visit the place.. the cost to go to the top floor is expensive..

Would you go to Paris and not see the Eiffel Tower? OF COURSE NOT! Don't skip this. The small groups make a visit very nice. Buy tickets to go up in advance, as they do sell out. I wish they gave building tours, as it's quite beautiful inside. Lots of good info and staff is super knowledgeable.

Minus one star for all the up-selling attempts and lack of security outside the building (where there are TONS of touts).

one of the best best places to come if you're travelling to Malaysia or you're bored at home and just wanna go somewhere. There is a shopping mall complex. It's one of the best and offers international fashion brands and there's also normal and fast food restaurants inside should you ever become hungry and ATMs too. it's also close to the train station so it's easily accessible and there's a free bus too. nearby is a park where you can go rest or watch the water show.

Amazing buildings, 451 meters tall. First place to go to when you are in Kuala Lumpur. My favorite city and my favorite landmark. 88 floors, the sky bridge is on the 44th, open for visitors, price is 80 RM, local currency. There is a shopping mall next to it, few levels with bars, restaurants, shops, food courts, cinemas etc.

Don't use your phone here if you don't need it and watch your bag. Stay aware of your surroundings. It is a very nice tower and a very nice mall. I wish they did something about the people bothering tourist/locals with trying to sell the lenses. But overall its a good place!

An amazing famous site for a tourist to must visit. Booked ticket online and i am hoping to have some life experience to take from. The towers are shiny at night and look absolutely breathtaking with the light effects.

Went there 3 years ago. Very nice place for roaming around. In the evening water show is awesome. Shopping mall at ground 3 floors are awesome experiences. One can find all renowned brands of the world there.

Pretty good experience but the infrastructure is showing its age. You're rushed through in groups and the experience lasts only 30 mins. Much less than in Taipei 101. It's not cheap either.. not worth the money IMO.

World's 2nd largest building. Visiting here is an awesome experience. We were mad to take lots of snaps to take the twins in a single pic. Using only mobile camera it was a very effort work but we did it. We are warriors and we didn't give up and we all took the most impressive snaps. We all loved the place. We also saw the fountain show and just loved it. Everyone should visit the place one in the life time.

I enjoyed the place which can't be described in word.

The surrounding greenery and fountains are quite refreshing. Spending 85 MYR just to go on top and take pictures and see lights does not worth much. I would suggest to avoid buying the ticket and spend the money somewhere else. Though the Towers looks amazing from outside, its an icon in KL.

I love the towers and they definitely are an experience, but truth be told, I love watching them from other buildings :) so yes, I did the bidge but then I went to Menara KL and watched the city light up while looking at the towers

I wasn't expecting to be wowed by this building after going up many high rises and sky scrapers, but it is one of the most impressive of all. The architecture is palatial, with traditional Muslim influence meets modernism. Go at night time if you can!

Magnificent and high-rise Kuala Lumpur city icon.

Magnificent and high-rise Kuala Lumpur city icon.
We can go here by free bus go kl, mrt or taxi.
A place to hang out young people and even families to enjoy the evenings and weekends here while enjoying the charm of lights and dancing fountains.

We made our visit here to the Petronas Twin Towers Kuala Lumpur. From where we were staying it cost us about 12 MYR in a Grab taxi. It is advisable to book your tickets online to ensure that you get the time slot that you want. The price online and on the day is the same which is currently 80 MYR for adults. It is best to make the booking using a debit or credit card that doesn't charge any fees for the currency exchange rate. First you go to the 41st floor which is the skybridge where you get 10 minutes to take your photos from where you can get some great shots. The next stop is the 83rd floor where you will be able to look around after taking another elevator to the 86th floor which is the main viewing platform at the top of the tower. From here you will have 20 minutes which is more than enough to take some impressive shots. After finishing off here you will be taken back down to the 83rd floor where you will be given the opportunity to purchase you pictures that were taken before you went in the first elevator. After finishing off your visit head outside by the fountains were you can get some more impressive photos to add to your collection. Whilst outside you will probably be approached by many vendors trying to sell you the super wide angle lens for your smartphone so that you can get a perfect shot of the Twin Towers. They are offering these for between 30-50 MYR but I managed to get 2 of these in a shop for 25 MYR after I haggled a bit. Saying that it's still not over expensive if you want to get yourself in the full shot with the towers behind. I hope this review will helpfull for many peoples expecially touristors like me this is helpful click like thank you

Day or Night, An "Iconic" symbol of KL!

Day or Night, An "Iconic" symbol of KL!
For 6 years (1998-2004) this was the tallest building in the World-- and, is till the tallest "twinned building" in the World! It is also a symbol of "Malaysia's vitality". While this very tall building looks amazing from street level, one can also take an elevator to the top, where the views of KL-especially Central KL, are magnificent! While this will be very impressive, one can also visit the underground shopping centre. In addition, its surroundings... include a nearby Park where one can see the "natural" flora and fauna from an environmentally friendly "elevated boardwalk". The Twin Towers have been awarded TripAdvisor's highly acclaimed "Traveller's Choice" designation. When visiting KL, the Twin Towers, and its environs, are a definite "must see"- in the daytime as well as night, when it is "lit up"!

I hope that this Review has been helpful.

Nice exploration of the building and experience. Views were incredible - with unobstructed skyline views and mountain range visible in the distance. Nice models and replica and info section. Amazing architecture and structure materials - the building looks absolutely timeless. Going up the tower was well worth it!

A popular tourist attraction and wonderful place to visit.
I felt elated when i get up to the tower.
Once the sunset, people on the observatory went ecstatic . It s lit!
I felt exhilarated during my trip there.
The price you pay for visit on the top of the tower is quite expensive but worth it.
The time for visit the tower is limited. Value your time

Surely, if you come here just to take picture, make sure that you come in the night to get good photos. Try to play with WB to get more control over color. You'll get nice photos with different color of the Twin Tower's lamp.

Petronas Twin Towers were once the tallest buildin...

Petronas Twin Towers were once the tallest buildings in the world. Now the world s tallest twin structures, the 88-storey buildings were designed by Cesar Pelli & Associates with both towers joined at the 41st and 42nd floors (175m above street level) by a 58 metre-long, double-decker Sky Bridge.
Stretching out to the side of the Petronas Twin Towers is the spacious and beautifully landscaped KLCC Park which features a jogging track, walking paths, a water fountain and a wading pool for children.

Besides the mall and park, the Petronas Twin Towers has a host of other attractions including the Petronas Art Gallery and Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Plus the Petrosains Science Centre is here set inside Suria KLCC: it is an interactive science discovery centre showcasing exhibits related to the petroleum industry, from petroleum s origin in the age of the dinosaurs to its latest oil-based products.

Standing 452 metres tall, the Petronas Twin Towers retained its world-title claim to fame until 2004 when Taipei's 101 was built, measuring 508 metres tall. the Burj Khalifa in Dubai (opened in 2010) retains the spot as the world s tallest building. the buildings primarily house the corporate headquarters of the Petronas Company and other offices.

Wonderful place to hang around. Evening light and water fountain is amazing. One of the best I have seen in south Asia. Amazing views in the night. It's important to book in advance if you wanted to go on top of the tower and its closed on Sundays. Well designed for catching public transport. Just cross the road you will find metro .Such an amazing building.

Best to see it both during day time and at night. We went about 6 o'clock and took some photos in the day from the front. Then browsed the shopping centre and had dinner. Then went out the back to the park at around 8:00 took some great photos and then saw the fountain show at 9pm.There are also shows at 10pm. The show isn't that great but the park is pretty and relaxing to sit and have a good view of the towers.
It's easy to get taxi from anywhere and come similarly there are exits where you can get the taxi. You don't need any travel agent. You can plan and organize by yourself.
Overall, I would say - If you are visiting Malaysia and if you haven't seen Patronas Twin Tower , You are going to miss something beautiful structure in the world to look at.

A real delight to watch the tall twin towers glow in the night. The view from the top is also breath-taking. There are some hotels and apartments just nearby that provide the magnificent view of the towers from the balcony. The tourists are in plenty around this place. It is ideal to visit the place during day and night as the views are very different. There are plenty of activities around the towers for families. Some of the very good restaurants are also there including a cheap option for food court.

The view from the top level meant for tourists is awesome. One can buy merchandise from a shop at Ground floor.they have musical fountain in the evening where a lot of people bring their families on weekends.

The last one is mainly for shopping of merchandise. The first is the bridge connecting both the towers and after that upper level to have a view of the city.
