Paula at the I St office was a huge help in gaining me access to my storage shed as early as possible after an overdue balance. She assured me she would do her best to help and contact me with further info and she did just that. Thank you Paula. On a side note, it would be awesome to have an online payment option or drop box for payment at storage facility.
