they do the bare minimum on construction and charge 30 for a 15k job, but they do finish. (sort of) left with repairs that should have been done. but they don't care because they got their money and zero risk for them since all deals are cash upfront for the whole job. try getting them on the phone for updates or questions. good luck. if you use them make sure you really pay attention to what they will be doing and not doing or go to the property . if your out of town a plane ticket can save you some heart ache.
