Amazing customer service and quick delivery! Ordered some wheels Sunday evening online. Someone from the store called me Monday afternoon to verify my address due to a computer issue. Received my new wheels on Tuesday, cant get much better than that!

The owner is super nice and wanted to make sure we knew what we were getting and that we would be happy. Set my son up with some nice skates for his newest hobby. The owners parents were there too hanging out and we even got a cookie from his Mom. Watch out for the shop cat though, my son made the mistake of trying to rub his belly and paid for it.

Matt is the man for anything you need quads inlines and everything inbetween.

Recently ordered Razor Cosmo/Shifts. Amazing skates at a competitive price. Intuition Skate Shop is an amazing skate shop. They quickly shipped the skates after purchase and they were delivered within 5 days with standard shipping! In the box were not only skates, but a nice handwritten note, posters, an awesome skate magazine! Intuition goes above and beyond a normal shop and delivers the tip top of customer service. I definitely will stick with them for all future skate purchases. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

Ordered all the way from the UK and can't believe how quick the delivery was! They even throw in some matching maroon coloured laces to go with my maroon razors shift soul plates! You guys are awesome!

Awesome shop. I just recently started back skating after 20 years. I placed an order for the Roces m12s I wanted and woke up the next day with an email saying theh were out of stock and discontinued. Instead of leaving it at that they offered me a higher priced pair of m12s at the cost of the one I originally ordered which was an upgrade. Didnt just leave it at that they upgraded my shipping on them. That too me was awesome and was satisfied. Yet I get home a week later and have a package waiting from this shop. It contained stickers, poster, catalogs, and a magazine. Also a note along with more information about other local skaters and such. Highly satisfied and cant wait to visit the store.

Customer service was awesome! I ordered online and had to make a change, I called and they were happy to help and wrote a nice note on my packing slip. Wouldn t hesitate to order from them again.

Intuition Skate Shop is flat out legit. Excellent customer service, quick response time and wonderful to deal with. It is a well stocked shop that keeps their online inventory up to date. I had a bearing issue with an order where one bearing in the pack of 8 was faulty. The shop had my replacement bearing in the mail the same day. Definitely would recommend them for all of your skating needs.

Awesome rollerblade shop and great customer service.

I normally only review restaurants but had to pop in and say it is TOTALLY worth the two hour drive from LA to go here. The associate who helped me (Cody) was amazingly patient and knowledgeable. I walked away with an excellent pair of skates and perfectly fitted safety gear.

Ordered on Saturday Arrived on Tuesday. Very Organized and Gave me exactly what I wanted. They even wrote me a note thanking me for the business :)

Be prepared to be patient if you order from outside of the United States for two reasons.
Firstly, they ship internationally only on Monday's. The really friendly guy on the phone explained it's to prevent packages getting stuck over the weekend in the shipping service warehouse.
Secondly, you'll get hit with import fee depending on the shipping service. Pretty sure it's across the board due to brexit. Some European skateshops are outright refusing to ship to the UK.
Personally I am happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Intuition is hands down, the best skate shop on the planet. Matt is the best dude to work with and he takes the time to develop relationships with his customers. He knows his stuff. He loves the sport. He carries the best gear. He hosts the best events. The best. Enough said.

This is the only shop that I will buy skates from for now on. The customer service is beyond everyone else. Every time I ve call the shop they are very polite and helpful, they don t act like it s an inconvenience or a wast of there time like some other places. They will throw in a hand written note every once and a while whit your order, that to me shows the care about what we do and the customer. Keep rolling and keep it real guys.

So I learned to never tell your boyfriend his skates look old or he will become self conscious. :P After doing so I was on a mission to find a new pair of blades for this hardworking fella. Who better to get help from than another blader. I was then told to call Intuition Skate Shop, they have the best prices and will help me on my mission. Needless to say I called and Matt picked up the phone and helped me with my order. I was able to get the blades the next day (called Thursday got them on Friday) just in time for the weekend! His skates even came with a few extras (catalogue, stickers/decals and free wax!). Matt was so friendly and personable and hooked me up with a great price that couldn't be beat. Intuition Skate Shop definitely cares about their customers. Will definitely be purchasing from them from now on!

Called up this place wanting to get my first pair of Aggressive skates and Cody really helped me out giving me recommendations on Boots, frames, etc.. We talked for a while and he was super patient answering all my questions. Can't wait to get my new skates in the mail!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Cody over the phone. He was extremely accommodating. I called with the request of doing a split payment for a set of K2 unnaturals. Cody went out of his way to help me even though when I called the shop was already closed. Cody was able to get the order put in and have it ready to sent out immediately. After my son waiting by the door all day for them to arrive they finally arrived around 7pm. 48 hour shipping time. This place is DOPE! I ordered some s9 ABEC7 bearings these bearings are the sickest ones I've ever bought got them within a couple days.

Couldn't be happier! They had one pair of USD Classic Throne Liners brand new and in my size. I had to snatch them up quick. Plus they had a variety or old and new blade gear. I will definitely be keeping them in my mind when ordering inline related stuff.

Placed a order about 3 weeks ago and still hasn t been processed or anything they took my money and never gave me my order totally don t care about us skaters what a bunch of sell outs I ordered the same item from roller warehouse and it s already otw unreal totally recommend roller warehouse or skate pro before these lazy people

Super cool store !! I found them on the internet while I was looking for some roller-skates and I was lucky to find the last pair in mi size. Shipment was super fast and customer service on point. The packaging was great and I even found extra goodies and some cool stickers and a poster inside with a super sweet handwrite note. Totally recommended and I will buy from them again without any doubt.

Pretty good selection, but the help from the staff was off the chart. very attentive and knowledgeable about their products. Make constructive suggestions when I asked. Also was very good about volunteering information. Would recommend for anybody local losing the skating including inline skateboards and the like.they're also very community-oriented and participate in group events and sometimes get them together.

Never been to the actual shop, but their webstore is great. Had an issue where the liner from my 14 year old salomons were crumbling. Put in my order on Saturday, i was skating again on Monday. I live in Hawaii and getting something that quick without paying an arm and a leg in shipping is nearly impossible. I am very glad that Iintuition is around, there aren't any stores that carry inline products here.
